it has become increasingly difficult for working people to make appointments. I've used all my sick days just to take my children to the dr before 2pm. something else needs to be figured out for seeing sick patients when children can't even make it to their well child appointments anymore

I have been suffering with back pain for weeks, from a work injury. Kaniksu Health Services, went about and beyond. They really took the time to listen, support, and walk me through things I didn't understand. Not only do I recommend them, but I give them Blessings. I have been going to this clinic (I'm Bonners Ferry) for just over a year. They have seen my youngest three and myself. Along with squeezing my mother-in-law in last minute when she was visiting from out of state. They are wonderful to work with. Dr. Rose and her nurse have been above and beyond great! Keep up the great work and we'll miss Dr. Rose when she's on maternity leave... But congrats again!

I'm currently unhappy with the billing and records departments. I cannot get anyone to help with a records issue for my 99 year old Grandmothers care. After talking with someone on the phone, he said that the issue would be resolved. It was not. I called again and did not receive a call back. I drove to Sandpoint and walked in. The lady behind the counter said to call the records dept which was in a different building that she wouldn't disclose. I called....last week. Still no call back. To top it off, I received a bill from Chapman Financial for a $6.00 bill for her that was sent to collections. Adding it to my list for whenever they call me back.

It doesn't matter which provider you see here, they are ALL so kind, compassionate, smart and efficient! They take time, listen, evaluate and treat. Ann Cox, Ken Jabour, nurses, csw, staff and, of course, Dr Lawrence are the best! We are so blessed to have this quality health care accessible to us!

Waited for over 50 min to be seen, I had to leave. This was for an 8am appt. At that time of day they should be close to on time.
