Dr Dirks performed a procedure on me today. He went above and beyond suggesting something more than just what was scheduled. He was terrific…..explaining everything beforehand and then the results afterwards! Wonderful, caring doctor!

THE most thorough medical diagnostic I've ever had, done by someone with skill, knowledge, and experience rather than turning my life over to a piece of electronics.Everyone was friendly, competent, and seemed to have my best interests at heart.I especially appreciated the interest and customer service from the front desk when I made my colonoscopy appointment. I had called Kootenai Health, where I had my previous procedures going back 20+ years, but they were far too interested in only checking off procedural boxes than listening to a concerned patient. They were adamant that I get a referral which I could get only after a month's wait for an appointment at my internist. I needed to know much sooner than that. Not sure who the lady was but thank you.

Dr Dirks is a very nice doctor. I’d recommend him.The staff are EXCELLENT, they were very helpful with my paperwork. I plan on getting another hernia again soon just so I can visit.
