Can never get thru on their phone system. And when they do answer they hang up on you! What a Joke! My husband needs to get a different provider for his Medical.
Nee check in system is suspect. Also, it is NOT senior friendly. That suck considering g Heritage Health serves people on medicaid and Medicare and those who have no insurance. I love the LPN o see there...but otherwise this place sucks and their administration needs a wake up call
Yes there mostly PA's but everyone has been very friendly the 1 thing that irritates me is after your blood work the only way you usually get the results is thru the portal . I'm supposed to understand the results?? So to find out what the results are all about you have to make an appointment $$$ just to find out the results . But if there is any changes in your results there we go again $$$ or when it's time to do a follow up months later then they go over you lab results. Ok now you tell me .
I have wasted so many years at this practice. All the doctors refuse to think outside of the box. I have been sick on and off for over a year and just been given steroids. No referrals to any specialists besides asthma and they can't figure out why I am constantly getting sick. The patients are stuck having to think 🤔 outside of the box which is the doctors jobs. Not to mention if you have covid symptoms, they switch you to telehealth, but if the contact center enters it in incorrectly you're tacked on with a no show. Horrible medical office. It's worth it to find a new place.
Worst Nightmare my dad saw Mary Gallegos NP, his doctor an award winning Specialist is retiring so we went back here to look into a new primary care provider as they referred us to our current specialist and Paula in CDA was Awesome and tried to help my dad as much as she could so see her if you want a doctor that cares so not gamble with a stranger. Mary is a nurse Practitioner not even a doctor, There clinic Heritage was the place that referred him to the current retiring specialist that prescribed the meds in the first place. Now that the specialist is retiring we went back to see them and they told us they would not prescribe the meds and if we were having withdrawals to go to the emergency room seriously what a joke we even said we were ok with stopping the meds just needed help tapering if that's what is best for his health and they said quit now literally and go to the ER if you need help tapering. Rudest ever she even said the retiring doctor was very well respected doc yet refused to take over or even help reduce the current meds the doc who is way smarter than her has him on. Avoid this NP like the plague if you are on any controlled substance meds and after no help whatsoever they had the nerve to bill us $303.00 to see a NP and do nothing literally except tell us to stop taking the meds that day that he has been on for over 5 years now cold turkey and go to the hospital if he got sick from withdrawals. This is the worst doc ever in our opinion be sure to ask for a different provider if you are going there as a new patient and on any schedule meds or you are wasting your time and money and will be treated very poorly by Mary. UPDATED HERITAGE HEALTH ADJUSTED THE BILL SO THEY ARE GREAT THANK YOU, JUST ASK FOR A DIFFERENT PROVIDER IF YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES ARE LIKE OURS AND YOU GO TO THE POST FALLS OFFICE
I've been in twice now for gout. Again I've been given the bare minimum meds. I'm not in need of opioids or anything for pain. I would simply like a little stash of anti-inflammatory pills for when I get my gout flair up's. But they insist on stretching me out to continue making there profits. Looking for a place that poses physicians that actually care about humanity and not just a bunch of blood sucking ticks. Shameful!!! If you care about your health look for another place
They are (the staff) all INCOMPETENT!! Period!! Cannot understand English ..P.A. is a joke .a week to get a prescription filled. Joke
I'm not sure who thinks this is a 3 star. Love this place. Their empathy and care is priority and my primary doctor has been nothing but professional, honest and forthright....Taryn is the bombdiggity of a doctor.
They have very few actually doctors. The LPs don't contact you about test results for days. On online Patient portal doesn't upload tests unless you ask. I was told the LP, I was seeing didn't want to oversee my care for diabetes, wants me to see a indochronologist. My insurance has a copay of 40 per visit, I can't afford that for basic diabetes care.
I've had quite a few bad experiences here. I am unable to wear a mask but was told I needed blood work done. I can't see anyone because they are too terrified of humans. I asked if there is a way to get someone to my house being disabled and not being able to cover my face. They don't return your calls and typically ignore you. Now I am stopping all medication and am in charge of my own healthcare. I refuse to wear a mask like they refuse to take care of my health.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
