Liked the the dr. Not impressed with their billing techniques. During my 2020 yrly eye exam I mentioned my eyes get dry at the end of my 12 hr shifts at the hospital due to overhead heating & air. Dr recommended I continue with the OTC drops I currently use. He then selected to bill my Medical Ins for $446.89, (bc I mentioned dry eyes) and also billed my Vision plan for exam and new glasses. His billing dept said it was legal because "dry eyes" were mentioned. My husband had the same eye exam as I did, he did not tell the dr his eyes get dry! The office billed my vision only on my husband! This is an abuse of insurance. I will not return to this office.
