Dr. Pennings was cordial, thorough, and willing to further look into the history of my abdominal surgeries to better understand what might be options for my upcoming back surgery.

Find another doctor or get multiple consults before doing ANY treatment with them. This doctor did not fully explain side effects of a procedure that I had no idea we were going to be doing. He discussed the procedure for less than 5 min very quickly and discussed zero side effects. He only gave best case scenario prior and gave no time for me to digest anything before I could make a truly informed decision on doing the procedure. After suffering horrible side effects landing me in the ER, this office did not have a physician on call that I could discuss my extreme issues over the weekend with. I was told they had phone trouble the next week. Now I am dealing with chronic pain daily from this unnecessary procedure that I feel I didn't give informed consent for. I will be continuing treatment with a doctor who won't destroy my quality of life with ignorant care. I would beware of this office and doctor.

He was on time for my scheduled appointment. However, he could have taken a little more time with me. I felt a little rushed. The office is very friendly and runs efficiently.

The best and most thorough Dr in his field. 2nd to None! Hope he keeps practicing for years to come! I'll Be Back however hopefully not to soon!

I really loved Dr Pennings as soon as he walked through the door. His nurse was especially wonderful and compassionate also. He was thourough, kind, knowledgeable, and I feel confident in having a surgery I wasn’t comfortable with before.
