I loved it when Dr. Haines was here. Once he retired it was never the same. Mike Patrovka is a horrible provider and rude. I left and found a amazing Dr. That listens and cares about my health.

Dr Cameron is the best doctor. So thankful for her.

I moved back home to the Spokane area after living in Montana for 9 years. I picked Heritage Heath in Rathdrum based on a recommendation from my husband. Their location is an easy drive from Newman Lake. Their staff is friendly, informed, and helpful. Dr. Julianne Cameron and her nurse have been great to work with. They have early hours starting at 7am. There location is close to a grocery store and a drug store. Insurance billing has been easy, I use the patient portal to send messages and review records. Their office is clean and maintained.

Docs are okay, front desk staff not professional, needed a quick pressure check and they told me to go buy a cuff.

We love our pediatrician, Dr. Odom! I always feel listened to and a full partner in health choices. She follows up and knows my kids. I know she really cares about my kids which translates into compassionate care of each as an individual. We highly recommend her! Heritage Health as an office has always been professional and timely. I've only ever had to wait for non-appointment things like a blood draw at the CDA clinic but Rathdrum has never had a wait. They've changed the phone system. About 2 years ago it was difficult to wade through the options to get to the appointment person and even worse for a question but they've changed it so now when you call it goes straight to the appointment scheduler. The online patient portal is awesome. Need immunization records? Online. Pay a bill? Online. Have a question? Send it to your provider online. We love Dr. Odom and the office!

My husband and I really like this clinic and I think the negative reviews here are not giving it a fair evaluation; maybe based on a singular bad experience, or not looking at the place holistically. Dr. Julianne Cameron is my doctor, and she is a genuinely caring person. She is an active listener and I feel that she is interested in working with me as a partner, rather than just advancing her own agenda. She was actually interested in the fact that I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner! Many doctors give an arrogant vibe, and I am so glad this is not the case with Dr. Cameron. Other staff is also very helpful. Ashley is great, and so are the front desk ladies. The clinic is close to where I live, so I really appreciate that convenience. I would give five stars if the referral system and some other aspects were a little quicker and more streamlined - more of an administrative critique. This small town clinic is a breath of fresh air for me coming from big impersonal doctors offices in the past.

Very poor service. No compassion whatsoever. Go elsewhere if you want to feel cared for.

Dr. Cameron and the nursing staff at Heritage Health in Rathdrum are wonderful! Dr. Cameron brings a high level of professionalism, integrity and experience to the area. The wait is never very long, and they really listen to their patients.
