Brian Wade Christensen's Online Review Report Card

I only came here because I got referred from another doctor. When I came in the receptionist didn’t have a clue what she was doing and when I was anxiously waiting for her to call me with my results she took weeks to call back. She had the results multiple days before and I had to finally call. When my results came back normal I said I needed to come back because I was experiencing more pain and she told me she had no idea what to do and then hung up. When I spoke to Dr Christensen he told me it sounded like I had a gall bladder problem but even if I didn’t I should still get it out. This office is weird and overall I just didn’t feel comfortable. I would look elsewhere

Dr Christensen is a great doctor! He listened to me, and gave me the best option possible for surgery. His staff is great, timely, and smiling, which makes a big difference! Would recommend 100%

I was late to a follow up appointment, and when I arrived the doc had been called to the hospital. It was kind of a bummer I had to make another appointment, but the staff was really apologetic about it (even though I was the one who was late). The care I received was great, and I would use this office again.

Dr. Christensen is the type of guy you can get a straight answer from. I like that when I'm talking to him I feel like he's an old friend. Dr. Christensen gives it to you straight and isn't trying to keep you coming back for more. He is actually trying to get you healed up and back to your life. I recommend Dr. Christensen to my friends and family 10/10 times if they have need of this type of fixing up.

Great doctor -- calm and steady, doesn't make mistakes. While no doctor can guarantee that your procedure will go perfectly, Dr. Christensen is the guy you want at the helm should something go wrong or if there are surprises. I've had two procedures with Dr. Christensen, and will gladly schedule more with him as needed. Also, a hat tip to the Madison Memorial Surgery Center, too, they were great.

Dr Christensen located and removed an unexpected colon cancer with care and precision more quickly than I thought possible. He was helpful, accurate, available, and compassionate as I tried to process my new diagnosis, giving me clear answers about how to proceed. I felt like I was in good and very capable hands and received the best of care. How grateful I am for him!
