I couldn’t be happier with Dr Lee and his staff. Christy took the time to explain how Medicare works, (or doesn’t) and was very friendly. Dr Lee’s bedside manner was excellent. A very caring MD and super flexible since I live four hours away. So far everything is perfect. Still a little sore but this too shall pass. If you ever need your temporomandibuler joint replaced, he’s your man! Thank you Dr. Lee. I so appreciate you💕

I have been going to Dr Lee for quite a few years. His skills are excellent. He is kind and patient when I ask questions. He follows up with me after more complicated surgeries by personal texts or phone calls. His staff are all kind and caring. I’m not just saying this because I need more work done :) they are so professional yet very personable. I’m surprised at a few negative and mean spirited reviews I’ve read. I think some people just like to grouse about everything. While I’m in a room waiting for X-rays or meds I can hear the staff interacting with other patients getting them situated in a room. Etc. They are most kind. I wouldn’t go to another surgeon for this type of specialty if it were free. Thank you Dr Lee and your entire staff.

Dr. Lee and his staff are excellent and caring. They went the extra mile for me. If you are looking for cosemetic surgery, he will listen to and take care of all your needs. I am very happy with the results of my rhinoplasty. Also, Dr. Lee removed my sister's wisdom teeth and she had a great experience as his patient. Thank you Dr. Lee and staff!

Without going into much detail, I had a very urgent matter with my wisdom teeth removal recovery. I called the office, and they were able to get me in the next day. Dr. Lee got right into my mouth and fixed the issue without any trouble. He was very kind and his staff was fantastic!!! Would highly recommend.

This was a referral for me and fit several parts of my needs and requirements.After supposed completion I only wonder if owner has ever had a taste of his own medicine with his absolutely bizarre staff. Yikes1st appointment leaves the exam room I'm left with rubber device inside my mouth and finally the pipsqueak says, " oh, I can remove that until he returns, " he returns 20 seconds later.The next appointment while waiting with pipsqueak has her doing homework. Textbook and notes written. Feel unwanted and ignored.Never ends.Paid $1,198.14 because I was told to 10 minutes before knocked out for surgery. Always being told they'll explain. It's now 7 months later and Christy is still too busy to respond or explain the billing. My insurance did send a piece of mail detailing they paid and my responsibility is a surgery copay of $150.00 I need answered, nothing I've done so far gets answered. Is Christy always busy because she's actually dead? I feel so disappointed and out over one thousand plus dollars and I've called and been promised I would get my question answered; I only get shunned. I hate that --- really hate it. Office is staffed with avoidance techniques masters!! Really sucks, has owner ever had the opportunity to be treated as such? 7 months and still waiting I know I'm owed money.Avoiding me is the only answer? Small Claims court? Violence? What ?!!

This doctor took less than 5 minutes to talk to me about my jaw problems. No X-rays were taken. No exam whatsoever . I was charged 300 dollars for less than a 5 minute visit. Go somewhere else! I went to another doctor since and now being treated with splint therapy and physical therapy. My jaw pain is now under control.

I felt like Dr. Lee did a great job on the procedure preformed on my family member. However, I will never do business again with him due to his unprofessional billing team (Kristi Larson and Josh Guthrie).

Dr Lee is such a good surgeon. Very clear with the procedure and process for orthognathic surgery. My son had the surgery because he had a severe underbite and a partial airway blockage. Dr Lee was to make a complete repair and has improved his quality of life with these changes. Recovery can vary from one patient to the next but my son was on milkshake/smoothie diet for about the first week and is on soft no chewing food for the first 6 weeks after the surgery so the repairs are not damaged from bite force. I highly suggest this office and their staff they are very helpful and knowledgeable and good to work with.

I spent years with an oral surgeon in pocatello who didn't listen to me. Dr. Lee did and immediately I needed major surgery which has saved my life. If you have any sort of severe jaw issue, THIS is the guy you want to go to! He cares, he's determined, and I swear to you, he will figure out what's going on and what you need!!!!!
