Dr. Hansen did a procedure on my spouse a while ago and we needed to reach out to him but he is always on vacation, so no one could get ahold of him for problems.

I had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Hansen almost 2 years ago. About 2 weeks post-op I was made to set up an appointment to discuss my post op results — which were basically, nothing is wrong, come back in 5 years for your next check. However, I then was charged for the post op appointment which I’m pretty sure falls under the Global Surgery Package. Also, this is my third colonoscopy and I have never been charged for a post op appointment pertaining to the appointment. I, however, paid the copay anyway because I didn’t want to deal with it. NOW I am just receiving a random bill in the mail (of which I’ve never seen before) for some $2.50 service charge of which I had no idea about and because it is a year and a half late I’m being charged a late fee of $31. The billers need to get their act together. I now have to call AGAIN. And I’ll probably be billed in a year and a half for not paying a service fee again. At this point they should be paying me for my time.

This docter didn't know anything about my mom's condition and was very horrible when he wouldn't help her with surgery. He was way more interested in making money than helping us! Will never see this man again!

This was my 4th colonoscopy and first one in Idaho. I lived in the Washington, DC metro area before this. It was the best experience I have had with this procedure by Dr. Dwayne Hansen. He was very informative and caring. I really appreciated his efforts and skill! In 5 years I will be back to see him!

Dr Hansen saved my husbands life. He had a hernia and a gall bladder that both had gangrene . He was very thorough and very attentive.

I have visited with Dr. Hansen on several occasions and he has performed surgery on me twice. I always feel very welcome and he has always taken extra time with me making sure all my questions are answered. I feel I have had great quality care with Dr. Hansen and appreciate all he has done for me. His staff is also friendly and I feel very welcome each time I am seen in his office. Thanks!
