Honestly, I am very disappointed in the way Megan the NICU nurse treated me ( a concerned mom) tonight. My baby was in the NICU for 7 days and I was told by Dawn the pediatrician that is over the babies in the NICU that if I had ANY questions and ANY time, I could call and ask them. So, tonight, I called because I was concerned and obviously the pediatrician my baby sees, the office is closed at 12AM. Megan was extremely rude, told me basically I shouldn’t call them even though I was told I could. Because of this experience she made me feel like she didn’t value my concern and completely brushed it off as if I was a bad mom for calling them asking for advice. It was completely disrespectful and after I told her that I was told I could call any time she just says “yeah”. Disrespectful and very rude. I’ll never have a baby at this hospital again since they obviously don’t care about our concerns even though I was told I could call with any questions.

We were visiting from Boise when my son had appendicitis so we took him to the ER late at night. They took him right in and took the very best care of him. All of the doctors and nurses we worked with were phenomenal, we are so grateful for such an incredible care team for our son!

I'm totally feeling happy and contented for the first time in 7 years! I had Diabetes and have been undergoing treatment for six months and am actually feeling better. I'm feeling like I can actually get all that stuff that has been talked about in my counseling sessions too. I think that I was in that spiral of nothing was working and I just kept getting more and more. But it was because I went untreated with diabetes for 7 years and literally got help with a herbal supplement that is very effective and helpful at the very last end searching for a cure to my diabetes. The staff was great! The nurse kind & very proficient in giving an IV. Dr kind & listen very thoughtful. Radiologist was good natured & easy to talk to. Good experience not fun to go to the ER, but was good.

Having finally got my full onset of COVID with bacterial Pneumonia, Madison Memorial treated me as if I was their family. For the first two days, they checked on me first and always greeted me with a smile. My time there, I felt a genuine, professional environment of caring efficient individuals working collectively as one unit. When one nurse made a note, you can be sure all the nurses will have that same information. I was at my worse when I came to them but they diligently got me back up so a healthy level so could make a full recovery at home. I highly recommend Madison Memorial for your Healthcare needs.
