The nicest people and great care. Didn’t worry about any possible problems because they were on top of everything and had my full confidence. Every person from reception to pre op to surgical and anesthesia to post op was all very consistently excellent.

I had a very good experience here. All the nurses and staff are courteous, kind and communicative. I don't understand the bad reviews, but if you have the option of a procedure here vs another location like Huntsville it is convenient and excellent and should be considered.

So many downer reviews. I can say we have no issues with anything here, surgeries, billing, or otherwise.

Never answer the phone regardless of the time you call. They never follow when you do reach them. The billing department the worst! Debbie needs to quit retire whatever she's never in the office and now I have to wait to schedule a surgery until she's in the office! I asked to switch case manager/billing person whatever her position is and I was told I can't switch. I am in pain having serious headaches and vision issues I need a darn surgery done and they obviously don't care about their clients or business

My 4 yr old daughter had sedation for some cavities that Dr Jackson filled. The staff at the center was amazing with her! They had a little stuffed bear on the bed waiting for her along with a warm blanket to cuddle up with. They explained everything before hand and interacted on her level with her. While my son and I were waiting they offered us something to drink and let my son choose a channel on the TV while we waited. I highly recommend Madison Surgery Center.

Everything about my experience was great. The nurses who did my blood labs were careful and did a great job making me comfortable. Camille at the desk answered all of my insurance and operation questions and was very friendly. She was even able to get me in half an hour early to my operation, which was awesome. And the nurses who took care of me pre and post-op we’re attentive, funny, and made me feel like I was family. Very good bedside manner. All around a very good experience.

Madison Surgery Center was very pleasant when my son had surgery on his eye. The only place I have a complaint is we received the first bill 01/25/16 with a post mark date of 01/19/16. The bill said that the due date was 12/31/15, 25 days before I even received the bill. They had all this paperwork in it saying if I paid it in full by the due date I would receive 10% off the bill, maybe sending it out late was to guarantee they wouldn't have to give me the discount. My intentions was to pay the bill on my payday 01/29/16 a few days after I received the bill. In the mean time on 01/27/16 I received my second bill which had late fees added to it since I didn't make my payment by 12/31/15 even though the first bill wan't even post marked until 01/19/16. I don't know but that is seriously messed up, you don't send me my bill on time so I not only don't qualify for your discount but then you charge me a late fee on top of it? WOW!

Madison Surgery Center was the out patient clinc where I had my cataract surgery performed by Dr. Josh Fullmer. The staff at the center was great, explained everything that they were going to do and followed up several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. I recommend Fullmer and Madison Surgery Center.

I had a Septoplasty and Turbinate Reduction done this morning under the tender care of Dr. Barry Peterson, DO of Upper Valley ENT & Allergy; Lane Hanson, Nurse Anesthetist; and the passionate and caring nurses and medical assistance, Marilyn, Raini, and Camille. I was so nervous about surgery and everyone was so great in helping me out, The Surgical Center provides a loving, caring, and very personal atmosphere. I liked the Surgical Center, I think more so than I would have liked to hospital because the nurses and medical assistance were with me continuously from the time I entered pre-op all the way through post-op. Thank you to all that attended to me this morning. You did an excellent job as making me feel as comfortable about the experience as possible.
