Dr. Packer has been our family doctor for decades. We love his office and staff. Great bedside manner.

Dr Packer and Travis are SO GREAT!! They care about you as an individual and are so knowledgeable. All of the nurses and staff are awesome as well! Definitely the best Family Doctor in East Idaho.

Dr Packer is my favorite. He listens to all of your concerns, spends extra time addressing all of them, and is always thorough in his exams. Years ago, I met Dr Packer in the ER at Madison Memorial Hospital, where he was my attending physician. I was dealing with serious health issues at the time. His bedside manners were exactly what I needed. It was a sensitive, needy time in my life, and Dr Packer took great care of me. Not only did he identify my health issue, but he developed a great plan to address it with an effective long-term solution. I'm not sure if I would have been better off with any other doctor at that time. Ever since then, I became a loyal patient. Dr Packer is truly a godsend to so many of us. You leave his office comforted and hopeful in your health outcomes. I wish we had more physicians like him in the healthcare industry.

Dr Packer is fantastic. He gives you the time you need and attention your heart/mind need. He even let me ask about my daughter that was going through the same issue. Most doctors would have been put off by it. Not Dr Packer. He pushed right in and asked questions and offered help , advice, and even medicine.

Had a pretty negative experience earlier today with Travis at Dr. Packer’s office. I did not feel validated explaining any of my health concerns. I had gone in with hopes that I would be listened to and hopefully guided in the right direction as to options to my health problems. I then had asked to phone my mom in to help me talk about med options and Travis proceeded to tell me that he doesn’t want to run late having to explain things over and ran my mom under the bus. Mind you this was my first time seeing Travis and making an appointment with him Specifically. Never in my life have I had an adult let alone a health care provider talk so poorly about the family member of one of their patients. I left angry and very defensive over my mom and family. This office has lost my business. I am still shocked at how poorly my family was talked about.

Doctor Packer was my doctor for several years. One day I had a four wheeling accident that sent me to the ER, I was discharged the same day and told to go see my family doctor, DR packer. I told Packer the issue and he told me to go home and stay in bed until he spoke to the hospital, he said he would call me when he found out what was going on. HE NEVER EVEN CALLED ME BACK. I called the office and left a message and again no return call. A couple years later my father had a regular checkup where his heart rate was extremely low, the nurse said the machine wasn’t working and just left it at that, never took the pulse the good ole fashioned way that we were all taught in school. Three days later my dad was in the ER getting a pace maker because his heart rate wasn’t going above 30 BPM. Stay away from DR Packer, he has lost his ability to care.

Excellent caring Dr. - Takes time to answer questions and will refer if he thinks its best practise.

Have been a patient of Dr. Packard since 2008...totally pleased with every visit!

I was super surprised at how fast they got to me and how quickly Dr. Packer was able to see me. I felt like Dr. Packer really listened carefully to all my symptoms. He went the extra mile to help me understand what and why I was experiencing them. I was really impressed.
