I have been bringing my kids to the many doctors at Rexburg Medical for several years and I have truly never had a negative experience. The doctors are all very attentive and kind and listen to your concerns with empathy. I am not usually one to leave reviews, but I had an experience today that really made me want to. My 4 year-old son is autistic and has a really hard time with doctor’s appointments. We needed to go in today to get a form filled out and the staff, specifically Nancy and Dr. Moore, were so incredibly compassionate and understanding and never made us feel rushed or bad for struggling with the whole process. Love this office and will continue recommending to everyone I know.

Do NOT go see Colby Brower. After being told I needed to come in after talking to a nurse about a possible miscarriage. They told me they couldn’t do anything and to go home and wait it out because I was FOR SURE having a miscarriage and to not go to the hospital because it wasn’t a big enough deal for them to get me an ultrasound sound after That I was able to get into see my regular doctor the following Monday and I found out He gave me wrong information and had no idea what he was talking about. My baby was absolutely fine! I could not believe he is allowed to speak to women. I was devastated leaving that office.

The receptionist was very abrupt and presumptive. Called me "buddy" and seemed to have a negative attitude. Please provide some coaching! They got me checked in quickly.

Secretary was really kind but they had me waiting for too long and just got 1 test to see what I had. They said they don’t even know and sent me home + advice of taking ibuprofen and tylenol

Awful, awful, awful. I've been in a battle to get my birth control pills sent through my insurance for 5 months now. I've extended all of the necessary information and time possible, and they continue to disappoint and fail to do their jobs. Don't come to this clinic if you want genuine, worth-while care. These people don't want to help, especially the desks that are supposed to.

Doctors assistant was very rude while asking questions. She asked questions about diet and exercise and when patient said no she laughed. Quite rude and unprofessional.
