My parents have seen Dr Lofgren for several years. Unfortunately I’ve never been Impressed. My Mom had some serious issues a year ago. Fortunately she was out of town when the problem happened, was hospitalized and was able to get quality care in Provo Utah. Once she returned home she visited with Dr. Lofgren and filled him in. Blood clots in her Lungs and heart issues. She came home on oxygen and a year has past now, nothing being done to help her. I’ve worked in the medical field for years and have also been my share of the patient. The medical care my Mom has received, or should I say “Not received” is unbelievable and appalling. They make you wait several weeks for tests results. They don’t follow through on things. To sit and tell my mom she is critical, his #1 priority patient. They will make some calls and get right back to them. (Calls should have been made months ago.) nope never called back. Even after my dad called and spoke to the nurse days later. Her comment “Oh, I was just getting ready to call that dr., now what was his name”. Never heard back. Time to move on. Our entire family is disgusted. I would be very cautious if you choose to get your medical care here. I could go on but have said enough to get my point across. Worst medical care we’ve experienced. Now I have to say. I’m not 100% positive if he’s a horrible Dr or if he just has a horrible staff, either way, he should know what’s going on or not going on in his own office. Good luck

Honestly the worst medical care I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure if the problem is Dr Lofgran or if he just has a completely incompetent office staff but look elsewhere.

Dr. Lofgran has been very good to me. I have an unusual medical history and he has researched to give me knowledgeable answers. He listens well and explains things to me in detail. He is friendly and I can talk to him without feeling rushed.

Dr. Lofgran is fantastic! He takes the time I need, he listens to what I say, he is compassionate, he explains things well and has a great bedside manner. I'm comfortable talking to him about concerns. I recommend him often!

I always hate going to the doctor because they try to shame me into losing weight. I have had a weight problem all my life, but with much work I manage a 35 BMI at age 65. Dr Lofgran is the first doctor I have had who did not make a big deal about my weight and I am so thankful.

Very helpful, dedicated and knowledgable without being sappy or flowery. I don't understand why he's got any "1" ratings. I guess thats the risk he takes dealing with crabby old people. If you want a real doctor with a caring manner, is skilled and professional yet friendly and direct when giving you pertinent health info and difficult facts and not some one who panders to your ego , He's your guy! We love him!

Dr. Lofgran is one of the best doctors I know. He diagnosed a potentially life threatening disease and started a treatment plan that saved my life.

Dr Lofgran takes time to really listen so he can give you the best diagnosis possible. He is usually spot on and I am sure it is because he does listen. If you have to wait a little bit it is because he is spending the necessary time with other patients just like he spends with you.
