Dr. Torngren treated my son following an injury this week. He was personable and professional. I could have asked for a better doctor in a wonderfully staffed hospital. We are ever so greatful for your services!!

The secretary was rude and short in her responses. Her soft skills were comparable to that of a honey badger. The doctor was great though.

Every interaction with this place lacked compassion and customer service. When I originally called my goal was to hear whether they had any ideas that havn't been tried by the many other doctors I have seen. The receptionist rudely told me that I needed to come in and be seen to know what they woud do. I explained that I just wanted to know the doctors procedures with this issue. She reluctantly transferred me to the medical assistants whom I left a message with. They never got back to me so I called again a week later. The lady who answered was apologetic and blamed it on disorganization. I showed up for my appointment on time, but they didn't get me in till 20 minutes after. The doctor saw me for no more than 10 minutes before telling me "I don't know how to help you" and tried to send me to PT which I explained I already tried. On top of that, a medical assistant brought up the fact that they didn't call me back and blamed it on me not repeating my number multiple times on the message. She spoke to me as if I were a child. I do not reccomend this place.

Been here for my shoulder and my knee. The offices are clean and the staff is friendly. The doctors are quick to see you and are very helpful.

The appointment was scheduled for 3:15. It is going on 4:00 and we are still waiting. I can be on time for my appointments, but the doctor can not. The doctors do a good job, but the office staff is double booking. Bad manners, y'all.

I really love the attentive care of Doctor and staff make my visit very comfortable and at peace.staff make sure all my questions are answered and my visit very great experience they make all the right calls and make sure i am completly satisfied before I leave.

A year ago, I tore my labrum in my left shoulder. Dr. Torngern perfomred my surgery and I am now 7 months post surgery and I feel great and I am back to lifting weights again. Great doctor.

Dr. Larsen did amazing work for me. I came in with a torn ACL and partially torn MCL, a torn meniscus, and a sprained LCL. He diagnosed me and had excellent bed side manner, was very informative, and patient with us, and stuck with me all the way through recovery. It's hard to not feel grateful though when someone helps you walk again. The surgery went great, and he was very accommodating to my paranoid after hours phone call. I am now 3 months post op, and am extremely pleased with the help I received. the office staff is very nice and helpful.
