All my visits here have been really good and have not had any difficultly with the doctors and nurses :D

They do not take the time for their patients at all.I recommend to go somewhere else.

Dr Jennings is such a great doctor, very understanding and helpful. The nursing staff is kind. The only complaint is the wait time for appointments (which isn't unusual for doctors offices) and it can be difficult to get an appointment with the doctor you want to see due to scheduling changes.

The worse medical office!!! I called Tuesday morning at 8am asking my sons physician for some advice. It is now Wednesday night and I have not gotten help. These nurses look and sound extremely confused! I have no trust in the medical office and feel unsafe trusting them with my kids medical care!

I can't even explain the level of courtesy, compassion, and professionalism that these wonderful people have and provide. I needed help and was treated so kind and helped immediately. This office is an amazing place. The doctor was knowledgeable beyond his years which was comforting. Thank you so much to the front office people who are the first to be kind. Thank you.

This clinic is very horrible because my mother had an appointment with Dr. Kellar and he wasn't even available so they had to call another doctor. Another reason is because my mother had some blood taken out and went completely wrong and had the blood fallen off the ground. You nurses and doctors at family health services need to be federally investigated and have your nursing background checked.

Dr. Keller Jared is a good doc.

Robbie Carrol is the WORST medical provider ever dude is a pretended doc. Stay away from this place! Beware

I liked there service

I moved here from NC to stay with friends while I go through the Social Security Disability process. It was my only alternative to being homeless in NC. I have Extensive health issues. I made an appointment at the FHS Rupert office shortly after relocating. I brought with me a health record of all past and present health issues, a list of ALL the specialists I was seeing in NC, and every bottle or tube of medication prescribed to me. Dr. Gouchnour in his infinite wisdom decided on my first visit with him that he knows better than two specialists, a Neurologist and a Gastroenterologist and various primary care physicians. These specialists hail from a world renowned hospital, UNC NC. Dr. Gouchnour refused to prescribe two of my long standing medications, one for GERD and one for Fibromyalgia, without having a plan of action to treat my medical conditions. Both of which the specialists at UNC said my primary care could continue my treatment as they did not need a specialist to treat. I had my Rheumatologist at UNC say that Primary Care Doctors are who are to treat Fibromyalgia now. Dr. Gouchnour refused. He wants me to go see a "specialist"! Seriously?! MInd you there is No other doctor at this clinic. I contacted the Burley clinic and was refused, as they are not taking new patients they said. I have never had such unethical shenanigans go on with a physicians office. Granted we live in this little town, but I have reasonable expectations not to have my health put in jeopardy by a doctor. This isn't rocket science. If I had insurance I would've gone elsewhere. I will have to drive to Twin Falls, which is almost an hour away just to be seen by a Primary Care doctor. I recommend others do as well, because you put your health at risk by going to FHS.
