Just sat in Dr. Wickern's Rexburg office for over an hour. I asked three times what the hold up was, and I just got "We only have 3 staff and 3 rooms. Allergy testing takes time!" I was only there for a follow up appointment. No one came out to tell me that they were running behind. I told the receptionist that I was leaving, and that I was very unhappy about the experience. She said, "Sorry." She didn't even ask me to reschedule. Very sloppy and unfeeling patient service.

Dr. Gregory Wickern gives you his full attention and takes as much time as needed to understand your symptoms. He starts performing tests and examinations and reviews the results with you to help you understand his thinking. He counsels with you and teaches you about you condition and your options. He is a true gentleman and a scientist, and you come out so impressed, feeling like you saw a real physician, one that is extremely knowledgeable and kind, and one that really wants to help you. We had been going to different providers for over one year about this with no definite answer and no solution. Dr. Wickern figured it out in one afternoon and my patient is clearly and securely on the mend, and knows what to do to stay well.

Dr is knowledgeable but has zero respect for patients time. Always over an hour wait, with toddler. Hard enough to entertain a kid at Dr much less sitting in room for over hour waiting. Last appointment was hour and half before walked out

Nice enough doctor...once you actually see him. Beware! You need to set aside your entire morning/afternoon. He runs extremely behind! I won't be seeing him again. I wish doctors had more respect for their patients and scheduled accordingly. My time is just as valuable as yours.

Dr. Wickern was amazing! He was able to answer all my questions regarding my daughter's allergies. My daughter has been feeling so much better and her allergies are very manageable now because of the great care we received. I would recommend Dr. Wickern to anyone!
