Good people...Wish I could schedule appointments closer to each other...

The staff working there are nice but the scheduling is a nightmare. The basic monthly orthodontist appts are 3 months out. This is stretching the care out by over an additional year and I'm having to pay extra monthly premiums. I also question the quality of the dental work, I've had to have multiple repairs to the work in less then a year.

They took great care of my problem on short notice and saved my Christmas from pain. Thank you.

Overall, I have had a really rough orthodontic experience with this office. I went there because they are covered by insurance through my employer and seemed like a good deal. I wish I had paid more and gone somewhere else. The hygienists are friendly and the ladies working at the desk are fine, but the overall experience has been really stressful and I feel like I could have gotten a better result somewhere else. I have had two orthodontists in the two years that I have had my braces on and neither one seemed to have a real strategy for my treatment. It seems like they have just been trying things as they go along and the treatment has dragged on and on. To be fair, the second ortho was picking up where the other one left off, so maybe she would've done things differently. Neither has seemed concerned about the amount of time things are and I have seen very little change in my teeth in the past year. They agreed to take the top ones off before the bottom because the bottom is where the issues were/are. They gave me one retainer and when I asked for a second copy of it as a backup they acted like it was a strange request and said I would have to talk to the orthodontist about it at my next appointment. After my retainer mysteriously disappeared while visiting family over the holidays, I went directly into the office (don't get me started about the phone system) to inquire about getting a new one and they told me that my records said that they already gave me two. Jenny at the front desk was very kind and did her best to help me, but in the end they told me I would just have to wait (more than a week) until a day that the ortho was in the office to get an appointment. This is a problem because the orthodontists don't work full time (which contributes to other issues with getting appointments and unnecessary delays in completing treatment). I explained that the I was concerned about waiting that long because I haven't had my braces off for very long. The receptionist conveyed that the ortho tech (who most likely doesn't know anything about me and my case) was sure it would be fine. In reality, it seems like they just don't want to be bothered and insisted that I need to wait until I can get an appointment with the orthodontist. I feel like whoever is running the business doesn't really care about the quality of treatment They are primarily concerned about fitting patients into their business model regardless of how that might affect treatment outcomes. I have really tried to give this office the benefit of the doubt over the course of the past 2 years (I have seen the dentists there too), but I can't in good conscience recommend them. If this is your only option, it is better than nothing, but if you have alternatives, I would try them first.

The dental staff is great my only concern is with the financial office staff, when called to ask any questions about billing they are very rude and not helpful at all.

Professional & kind Doctor & staff!! Clean environment and I actually enjoyed my trip to the dentist. Be sure to understand the fees for your treatment and be prepared to pay those fees at your appt. If you have questions be sure you ask before your appointment so you are prepared.
