I brought my son in for a severe sunburn. We haven't slept in 2 days, and tried everything to alleviate his itching, pain, and burn symptoms. After 48 hours of no sleep and trying every home remedy we went into UC Health and saw Dr. Allison. He said there was no reason for us to seek emergent care and treated me like an idiot. Being a weekend and middle of the night the ER was our last resort. Asked a strong steroid cream or something to help my son and he refused. Absolutely the worst visit.

I would not recommend this doctor. Saturday night I was very sick and he said I didn't have any emergency issues. I had Shingle Virus and he didn't know what it was. It was on my eye, forehead and right side of forehead.. He told me to come back if eye didn't clear up for drops for pink eye. Seriously they can charge thousands of dollars for nothing. Ridiculous. Had to spend more money going to my regular doctor and an othomalogists so I didn't get shingles inside the eye. He did nothing. No me
