Checking in was quick and painless and getting called up into a doctors room was fast. The nurse that took care of me asked me questions concerning my symptoms then left me to wait for my doctor. The doctor arrived within 5-10mins asked me again about my symptoms and what may have caused them then gave his diagnosis. No urine sample requested as it should be unless otherwise as well as questions not concerning my skin infection, such as being addicted to drugs or taking any medication. These people do their job without you having to do ridiculous and unexpected things to get the treatment you need and fast. I felt safe and cared for within the short amount of time I was there. Thank you!
15 reviews5 minutes agoTwo nights ago my mom was put into the ICU for a heart issue. It was not covid 19!! It ended up being a gallbladder issue. The ICU nurse was nice and we were told one visitor was fine. She was moved out of ICU yesterday. This morning I called ahead and was told one visitor at a time was perfectly fine. Apparently not.As you walk in the Curtis entrance S2 you need to sign in and pick up your mask. I was told by the male nurse no visitors allowed with no explanation. I asked to speak to someone else and was asked to leave the hospital. No compassion for family members, completely dismissed my concerns and far to arrogant for a male nurse or whatever he does. Are you not here to help patients and family members alike? When did you lose your ability to simply explain the why or why not? This pandemic doesn’t change anything as far as the public need and reassurance that our families are safe inside your hospital! That wasn’t the case today and after being treated like that for trying to visit my mom, I can tell you this is not acceptable and I’ll make sure every media outlet including social media knows about this!
