Physicians Immediate Care's Online Review Report Card

I came in at 11:30 for a physical for employment. I had to pay 75 which was not an issue. The issue was the fact that I called first and explained what my form had written on it, and was told I wouldn’t pay for anything, just for different people to explain to me in a disapproving tone that this was incorrect, instead of politely letting me know my other option was to pay out of pocket. There was a subliminal expectation I’d be leaving since my employer wasn’t covering the expense.. After I said I’d pay there was still no shift in tone and energy after an understanding that I’d be staying to receive service. There was only one other person in the waiting room and after almost 45 minutes she was called to be seen. I was told before coming that there would only be a 30-45 minute wait however a whole hour passed before I was seen. By the time I was called about 5 people came also told about the 2 hour long wait but this was never mentioned to me. In fact once I was checked in a screen said I’d be waiting 15 minutes and that time never changed as time passed… Finally once I was called back I was in the next room waiting to see doctor and again another 45 minutes almost passed and that was when I came out out to ask to reschedule, after a new staff member who I had not spoken to been made aware of my 2 hour wait she apologized and provided sincere urgency to care and to assist and figure out how to help me. I realized after being told that another patient was receiving services that I had probably been put aside given the fact I came for a physical however, I did arrive before the other patient receiving care before me and I was disappointed to know that especially since I had been there waiting longer than them. I’m disappointed. I left at 2 o’clock …with my physical done, I’m thankful. But the beginning of my appointment set the tone for me…customer service makes a difference.. Excellent staff

Waiting in the waiting one hour, waiting in the doctor waiting a but to long.

Staff was friendly and well organized. Just took a long time to attend. Possibly due to busy day or being short staffed.

It’s urgent care. They did the best they can, with the skeleton crew they have. Nothing spectacular to write home about. Nothing crazy sad to write here about. 50-50 experience but I hope to never go back

Clean facility. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Did not have to wait long after my appointment.

Terrible place full of lazy workers. They tell you to wait for 10 minutes and you end up waiting 2 hours just to be told to reschedule. Don’t come here if you need a quick physical. I was in and out within an hour on Sunday morning. The doctor was very helpful. I would go here again if I needed an urgent care.
