Very bad attitude with patients. They have a male nurse which take blood pressure and weight etc. while taking my blood pressure my arm moved .. He rigidly said Don’t move … instead of saying he could not get the result and will take again.. and never use the word Please. All Indian except receptionist a maxi can….They hate to treat Muslim patients with dignity and respect.
Really unfortunate experience. This doctor's staff didn't attempt to even try to find interpretation for my client who does not speak English. When we left due to this issue, he called me on his personal line and verbally harassed me, screaming at me to "get off my high horse" and saying that I wasn't good at my job for leaving without her being seen by him, even though I tried multiple times to show his staff how they could get interpretation at his affiliated hospital and advocate on the patient's behalf. I had to hang up because I don't tolerate this kind of mistreatment and unprofessionalism from a doctor, . Thankfully I was able to quickly find a new doctor. Stay away!
Amazing service and staff
This was my first visit and everyone was really cool. Great first impressions, and great people
My first appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Parekh, and I thought that was who I met with in the office, but I discovered it wasn't when I met the actual Dr. Parekh at my colonoscopy procedure. A little concerning that the doctor performing the procedure had skipped out on my first appointment to get my medical history. I go for my follow-up that is SUPPOSED TO BE WITH HIM and again it's some guy with no name tag, doesn't give me a name, and gives me a terrible summary of my procedure and what I should do. I've had diverticulitis and he was insisting I don't have it or any sacs that could get infected, then backtracked and said maybe there were one or two, then stated again that I didn't have it. Prescribed a medication to slow diarrhea even though I've been hospitalized multiple times with intestinal infections and diverticulitis amd have been explicitly advised not to take any medications like this. I expressed this concern and he prescribed the medication anyway... using Dr. Parekh's prescription pad. Twice. I've received two medications from this random person using the actual doctor's RX pad. These are some shady people. Don't go here if you value your time and professionalism. If I got a tube shoved up my behind the least the treating doctor could do is show up to my appointments.
In march I was scheduled to have an endoscopy and colonoscopy. I arrived at the hospital at my instructed time. I get prepped and ready to go for when the dr arrives. So after waiting about 4 hours and me continuously asking the nurses where the heck the dr is, they told me he forgot he had patients scheduled for colonoscopies!!! And he is on his way now and I had 3 other people ahead of me at the time. So needless to say a 30 min to an hour procedure turned into almost an 8 hour day! Then after I left I get a call from the dr with my results and he said he took a biopsy and said everything else seemed fine besides me having gastritis, I told him it was extremely unprofessional to leave his patients like that with no contact or information on why the wait was so long. He said he was at another hospital for appointments and straight up lied, I have not heard from them about my biopsy results since.
Do yourself a favor and find another physician that respects your time.
I found this Dr by searching near my home and I'm so glad I did.
If you want to waste your time and money, go here. They will run every single test on you to make money and they still can not diagnose.
Referred for Colonoscopy. Excellent experience in the pre-procedure visits as well as during the visit to the hospital and and subsequent follow-ups. Only downside was the long wait in the clinic/office due to multiple walk-ins by old patients. The front office needs to schedule these better. But I can live with this since it indicated trust by his past patients as well as his intent to treat them if they had urgent needs...In similar situations, I may as well need to do the same sometime!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
