We were assigned to Dr Perez by the hospital where i delivered a baby. We had Jandice. Dr Perez took immediate action to be sure that my baby girl Jaundice within the limits. Doctor patiently answered all my 100 questions

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME TO GO THERE I am very discouraged, Dr. Perez is fine but his staff is a complete mess,They take $50.00 deposit of first appointment ,looks like they never return those deposit ,also it takes several attempts and phone calls to get them to do any paper work, i can see on web site prof of my baby insurance ,and i did fax them the prof of medical cards ,but they are telling me at the same time there is no coverage for her ,because it is not in there system ,DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME ,THERE IS SO MANY NICE OFFICES AND MED STAFF WHO CAN HELP YOU ,NOT SCREW YOU AND CANCEL MY 2 MONTH APPOINTMENT CHECK UP ,BECAUSE THEY LIKE ME TO PAY CASH FOR SERVICE ,AND I REFUSE TO DO IT .

I've had good experiences with most of the nurses and doctors. My favorite doctors have been Dr. Jill Whelan and Dr. Valiente. They are both knowledgeable and attentive listeners.

They are so nice. The doctor, other doctors and the staff. I recommend this doctor and his clinic. Just be sure your insurance covers everything because if you have one in one year but in the next one your insurance is the same company but change a little bit the kind of insurance you cannot get everything and he cannot do more, no because of him. It is because of the insurance rules.

I am very discouraged, Dr. Perez is fine but his staff is a complete mess, it takes several attempts and phone calls to get them to do any paper work, plus there are now two female Latino doctors that takes forever to come to the exam room, if you complaint they have all kind of excuses which I think it's NOT professional at all, in our last appointment one of them took over 2 hours after the exam to finish a document.

Very Incompetent Doctor, He told me my daughters hip is dislocated, during the test i wonder how he could tell in less than a minute of examining her, also baby was crying and paper sheet baby was laying on was making a lot of noise. I had my doubts as i left his office . After a nervous weekend and skipping work, I took baby to Rush University hospital and turns out babys hip is perfectly fine. I will not be coming back.
