I was able to get an appointment right away. Got there, got in and was seen within minutes. Physician Asst was very kind, very knowledgeable. Very happy I went there.

Made appointment, pre-registered, arrived on time. We were first on the board with a 0-10 minute wait time, clicked the link texted which said we were in place #1 in line. No one else in waiting room, no one in rooms in the back. Waited in the room for 40 minutes, stepped out and asked how much longer. Was told we were next. At one hour we decided to leave. The doctor was sitting at the computer and I advised her we were leaving, and she said "OK". She didn't ask why, and didn't she didn't have any concerns about a sick patient leaving. After pressing her for an explanation, she said she was the only provider. That is still no excuse for allowing your "next" patient to wait an hour with no care, acknowledgement, or attempt to remedy. Seems this doctors priority is sitting at the computer rather than seeing patients. The timer on our door was 61 minutes. We encountered this problem in August with the same doctor for a physical. I just wouldn’t say this is “immediate care” Made an appointment and have still been sitting in the room here for 45 mins…. Do not allow time slots of appointments to be made for a specific Time if you cannot adhere! Frustrating.

Went here for my 6 year old first, made appointment online and did all the registration online makes it alot faster. When we got there she was in and out in 10min. Also staffs are really friendly and doctor was really nice. Second time in same week I took my 8 year old and almost 2 year old. I only made appointment for one kid and last minute took my other kid too without appointment. They accommodated us very well. It was little wait but thats because I brought extra child, and still very friendly environment. I will use this place again!
