Appointment for my mother Office Algonquin Very pleased with the medical provider and his patience to understand and communicate his assessment and plan. Clean and organized office. We were not pleased with how we were initially greeted by front desk staff which is the only reason we are not rating this office 5 stars. Receptionist seemed to be overworked at our initial intake. Her negative attitude was not appreciated. Also the show that was playing on the tv was not appropriate paternity court on a local channel I assume. It was discussing intimacy and physical contact. A mother with her two young daughters were also waiting to see a provider. The receptionist “dee” I believe was her name was bothered that there were new patients scheduled back to back and did not feel shy expressing her annoyance towards it which made it seemed like we were taking too much of her time. I do hope this gets brought up to her attention and becoming alert of how and what she speaks around patience. Definitely not the best first impression. I’m glad staff members had name badges on which is the only reason I was able to catch the assistants name when we were called back. Paige did well. And reviewed all our new patient paperwork and transferred everything to their EMR. Checking out was a different staff member (Lupe) whom also did well in explaining the next steps we had to take with scheduling surgery.

I've been very pleased with the level of care I've received for a torn scapholunate ligament. Minhas did a great job of explaining the procedure and recovery. I've had no issues during surgery and recovery.
