My experience was Great! Alexis was my esthetician. She welcomed me with a nice smile and from there it was nothing less. It was my first was and she made me feel so comfortable she told me what she doing and asked how was I doing during the process. I got the combo packet which came with a facial which was also relaxing my face was glowing and still is. I will definitely be going back

Had my first wax at Lay’D Skin Esthetics and I was very pleased with my results. I also had a cavitation session. My experience was great! Her suite is such a “vibe”. It smells really good and it’s decorated nicely! The music was playing and most important she made me feel comfortable since it was my first time getting a wax. I received a bottle of water and a mimosa, I normally don’t drink mimosas but since it came with the service, why not? I’ll definitely be back!! Her vibe is soo unmatched, she’s a really nice person! She told me to let the hair grow out and once it reaches a certain length to come back and get another wax

As a “first time ever” client I had some “experience expectations”. First and foremost I expected the mimosa offered with service on website. Secondly I expected a before and after ordeal (pic/view). Lastly I expected to at least receive instructions on after care. None of the “expectations” mentioned were met. This is disappointing because the esthetician was friendly. We literally had laughs from me jokingly being nervous about the “snatch”. There wasn’t any “negative energy”. You dropped the ball and that’s fine. That’s why reviews are necessary. Hopefully your future appointments are fully serviced. Good luck and stay humbly blessed 😉 To explain texts and emails… ma’am you never responded to the initial phone call where I left a voicemail including name, number and reason for calling. I also explained because I didn’t book through your site, I wanted to document my attempts of communication. I apologize if that was a concern of your 😊
