Physicians Immediate Care's Online Review Report Card

I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. After checking in and paying the fee online, I was only informed by the front desk staff that there was only one doctor on duty, which resulted in a three-hour wait. I was also not told beforehand that appointments take priority over walk-ins, which would have been important to know before committing my time. When I asked for help with the online check-in process and mistakenly selected the wrong option, the front desk lady responded with an unnecessary attitude, saying twice, “I told you to select the other option before,” which made me feel unappreciated as a patient and angry because nobody likes to be disrespected. On top of the long wait, the examination process was frustratingly disorganized—I was called in, seen by one person, sent back to the waiting room, then called again multiple times by different staff members. Also what’s going on with me doing their work? Besides self check in when I was in the patient room I was given a keyboard and had to type my information in as if I was a nurse, my name address some other information as she left the room and told me to call her in when I’m done! Ridiculous! The entire visit felt like a waste of time, and I will not be returning.

Came here two days in a row for myself and my daughter. Service was friendly and quick. Very accommodating for children as well as adults. Smoothest urgent care visit we’ve ever had.

Jay was super informative and kind she took her time to answer my questions about my dot physical . There were so many people here I had to wait past my appointment time but she was apologetic and still moved like I was her first patient of the day. She was super fast and after waiting for what felt like ages it was absolutely a delight to be working with her. The price was a solid figure and I was able to do registration on the phone ! Thank you Jay your a blessing ! P.s. the lady up front with the glasses was supper patient with me when asking my question about if my insurance would or could cover this thank you for that as well!

Omg I don’t know where to begin from the time I walked in and to the end of my visit everyone was so nice and pleasant. They were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly all the while being timely and professional. They made me feel like im a regular there lol. I would recommend 100 times over. I’m definitely making this my spot for the future. Thank you thank you🥰😘

20 minutes before being greeted no one at front desk Appointment at 1:10 didn’t get called till 3 pm so I left and went to another urgent care clinic

Staff was very friendly

Went in this last Sunday, the clinic was very clean and the staff was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and made the experience one of the best you could hope for.

I went for a check up with a sore throat and pain in the ears and the first thing they did was a Covid test which came back positive. So the provider didn’t even bother to check my ears or throat all she said was it will go away by itself. I insisted to check my ears and throat and she did it on a bad mood. So I left with the pain and went to a CVS Clinic and they did a Covid test again which came negative and all I had was an ear infection. This clinic doesn’t try to help you get better all they care is on making easy money just by doing test. I will never go back.
