Absolutely 💯 the worst hospital. Always have to sit in er for 5 to 6 hrs. Staff is very rude do not come here go to St. Louis or st Anthony's we will never come here again!! Not sure what has happened but this place is horrible, dirty and staff is rude.

The worst ER. We have been waiting 4 hours now and no end in sight. Freezing cold in waiting area. Finally in room 6 hours later and waiting again. Disgustingly dirty.

Absolutely the worst hospital in the area. If you need an Emergency Room, go somewhere else. Whatever you do, avoid Dr. Alex Zozula. My experience with the ED on 2/4/2023 was awful. I have since tried to address my concerns with the billing department and pateint advocates to no avail. Horrible patient service. Horrible patient care. Horrible hospital. If I could give zero stars, I would. One star is too generous.

Worst experience. Doctor rude. ICU nurse rude. Told my dad he complained too much as he is laying in an ICU bed after having a heart attack. Awful!

I went to ER and then admitted into the hospital. After seeing 4 different Dr's and after 6 days. I self released myself as ALL 4 DOCTORS could not help me. Recap spent 6 days in hospital and left feeling the same pain. ALL 4 DR said they could not help me. They only ran 2 different test. They told me to make an appointment with my PCP. Will never step foot in that hospital again.

We are rating our experience on 4/4/23. Went to ER for arm inflammation (swollen, hot, red, sore to touch) as it was getting worse after several days at home. (93 yo women). While the admitting staff and attending nurse (Devin) were absolutely great, the doctor (Dr Johnson) was the opposite. He seemingly had no interest in listening to a concern after the technician taking an echo sonogram of the arm took it in the wrong area (area not involved with complaint). When trying to tell the doctor this, who had returned and stood at the doorway with results/discharge information, he got short and would not take a moment to listen, and actually made some rude remark upon turning away and leaving (like how dare we question). So, we are left with anxiety as the arm continues to swell after discharge.

We were at the ER Monday waited 51/2 hours never saw a doctor.had exrays and a ct scan don't know the results couldn't waiting longer!!

If I could give zero stars I would, I am still sitting here with my cardiac patient father for over five hours and they still say there are 2 patients ahead of him. This is completely unacceptable.
