Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I’m in pelvic floor therapy. My therapist name is Autumn is wonderful, very friendly, place and clean. Very informative on my therapy.

Went up today for my 7th of 8 sessions. Was informed by the front desk that I only scheduled 6 sessions, and I wasn’t on the books for the final week. However, when I booked all 8 sessions, this person was sitting next to the admin person whom I booked all 8 sessions. I even read the dates of the 8 sessions back to the person to confirm we were on the same page, receiving an affirmative response to all 8 dates. Talk about messing up an entire day, but I’ll get over that. Mistakes happen, I can understand that, but what really hacks me off is that this situation was repeatedly posed to me as one that I messed up, as the computer (which apparently is always right), indicates I was only booked for 6 sessions. This company totally dropped the ball, blamed me, when they should have been doing some serious mea culpas for messing up the scheduling and double booking their therapists. It doesn’t appear this company knows how to admit their own mistakes, and take responsibility for their own errors, when pointing the finger at clients who followed through properly is the easier course of action. Mea culpa…it’s Latin…commit it to your business practice when appropriate (which in this instance it was). The condescending attitude when they were 100% in the wrong was offensive and irresponsible. Truly wish zero stars was an option. I shall never return.

Went for therapy post knee replacement. I made good progress. My PT, Hunter was kind but firm. She gave me the encouragement I needed to move forward.

I was fortunate enough to work with Autumn. She was amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to her job. Autumn was very easy to talk to. She explained every detail of my therapy and made sure I knew what I was doing.

I went in with a back injury from a car accident. I was skeptical, but James, Teresa, and the rest of the staff were very kind and reassuring and got me through it. In a couple of weeks I started to make headway towards recovery little by little and now I am much improved! If you are skeptical about physical therapy, you shouldn’t be! These fine therapists will fix you up. Thank you everyone at the Alton Athletico!

Very Helpful, made it understandable for the common person to grasp and I always learned something new! They have a wonderful staff that is willing to help you through the difficult process of rehabilitation. I would suggest therapy for anyone struggling to get back to a normal life. I spent almost a year at Athletico with my son (2 separate injuries) and myself needing therapy. The best staff, polite, courteous, and fun to work with. Scheduling was able to be done around my hectic schedule which was HUGE deal maker! I would recommend the Alton facility to anyone who needs PT services! Thank you all who helped us in the last year!
