Dr. Lamb did my foot surgery in 2019. Prior to the surgery, I saw him for about 8mths to try didn't "avenues" which was really just an insurance game. A week before surgery my husband and I went over everything with him, including post op care and all concerns we could think of. I was told it would be about a 2-3 inch incision. The day after surgery, we took the dressing off and saw my foot....I was absolutely shocked!! My incision ended up being about 8 in. long, going from above the ankle, then curving and ending in the middle of the bottom of the foot. 3 mths post surgery I received a bill in the mail for $3k+ for a "prosthetic implant." I NEVER recall signing anything about this, called the office manager, who also didn't have anything on file that I signed, but per Dr. Lamb it was standard with this procedure. Needless to say, my insurance company appealed, I have not been back since, and still don't know what was actually put in my foot during surgery!! Apts were always rushed
