I feel Dr. Welch gives you the time you deserve, she really listens to you and doesn't just run in and out. She tries to get to the core of the issue and only then will provide a referral or a prescription. She truly cares about her patients!

Dr. Welch is amazing! She is very personable and knowledgeable. I suffered with asthma for 3 years in San Diego, even going to see an asthma specialist with allergy injections....with no relief. She changed my inhaler and added some new medications and I have never breathed better! I am forever grateful for her giving me a better quality of life.

Dr. Welch made me feel like a real person, not just a patient. She came in and sat down and talked with me for quite awhile before actually beginning the exam. I am so comfortable with her. Wish every doc would be like her.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Welch, and I found her not only professional and knowledgeable, but completely relational, as well. A bonus is that she has a great sense of humor. I had some reservations regarding finding a PCP when mine retired after our 24 yr. history, and Dr. Welch has assuaged any of those concerns. I look forward to a long and healthy association with her!
