Went in today w some questions and was greeted by a very friendly staff Was able to speak w the doctor and get a referral to see a specialist. Will go back for all my eye care needs from now on all around great environment and friendly fun stafff thanks doc

Dr. Crawford is a wonderful Optometrist and has always taken the time with each one of us in my family who has gone to see him (4 of us). I suffer with migraine headaches and he has always tried to fit me with the best possible lens/contacts based on my needs. My son had a horrible sports injury where he broke his sinus cavity and eye socket and Dr. Crawford gave him a through examine and spent the time with my husband and I explaining all of the results. The office staff has always been kind, friendly and accommodating whenever I have called to make an appointment or to request my glasses/contacts in prescription form. I would recommend Dr. Crawford to anyone looking for a top notch optometrist with a wonderful connection to his patients!

I saw Dr. Crawfod recently July 2016. He was very disinterested in completing my exam. He gave little to no information on the health or changes in my vision and he did a partial exam. It was as if I were an inconvience to his day. His bedside manner really sucks to say the least. He could really use some customer service education.

Dr. Crawford is never really what I needed or deserved, but I thought that I wouldn't find a better Dr; SAW THE DR. 4/16 AND WAS FORCED TO SEE A REAL OPHTHALMOLOGIST 6/16. The office administrator is rude, crude & lack experience. She confused my account with other patients and referred me to collections, this happened at least 4 times. IT WAS SO TRAUMATIC FOR ME. I tried to reach the Dr. repeatedly, he never, ever, returned my calls. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE EVER!!

Please do go to this team of doctors. I really liked the doctor up until this last horrible experience I had with them. I ordered a bifocal reading glasses and unfortunately the glasses gave me headaches. When I called back I told Judy that I did not like the glasses and just wanted a regular reading lense she said I don't think we could do it and was not sure I could get a refund. What a joke. It took this team one month to get back to me with a solution and their solution was to tell me to go to another eye doctor. Horrible Horrible Horrible. They have the worse phone system and obviously they do not believe in customer service. The doctor never once called me to find identify a solution. if I did this to any one of my customers I would have been fired. I give them zero stars. I was shocked to receive a letter and the letter was absolutely horrible.
