Dr. Urbaszewski was mine and my daughter's primary doctor for close to a decade, before she started working solely at the hospital a couple of years ago. Claire is the best Doctor my family has ever had. She really, really cares and it shows. The reviews are true. Seeing Dr. U is like being cared for by your favorite family member. I was in the hospital over night recently, and requested Dr. U if she was available. I was able to switch the doctor I was being "treated" by, to Claire. Being overjoyed to see her is an understatement. We were able to come up with a solid game plan, and I was released by days end. Honestly, the best of the best. So grateful for her care through the years.

Dr. U is personable and very kind! I went to her for the first time and she was so compassionate and understanding! She listened to everything I was concerned about and made sure she addressed my concerns properly. I am excited for her to be my primary care doctor!

Dr. Urbaszewski is one of the best doctors I’ve had. She is personable; knowledge, kind, and takes the time to talk things out. I am so glad to have found her right when we moved to this area a few months ago. All of the staff at this NCH location is great. I feel relieved that I have support and an awesome general practitioner for a long time to come.

Excellent Doctor! She takes the time to explain to you what's going on and what needs to be done. She also calls personally to explain the result of the tests. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant, very caring. Just a really great doctor!

I spent several years seeing Dr. U at Mid Lakes Clinic in Round Lake, but she has since left that clinic and is now in Arlington Heights with NCH Group. It was SUCH a pleasure to see her today !! Same wonderful doctor. quicker appointments, and happy as can be that I found her. Please update location info on this awesome doctor as it took me a while to find her as well.

Dr. Urbaszewski was so wonderful!! My daughter was nervous about going to the doctor, but Dr. Urbaszewski is funny with a great sense of humor and really puts you at ease while also being very professional. She's a great choice and is highly recommended by my family.
