Glazer Dermatology's Online Review Report Card

Me and my mom had a horrible experience today. The staff Amy was very unprofessional and rude instead of making my mom feel comfortable. She asked my mom if she was using Retin-A so that she doesn’t have to endure torture. Very unprofessional Nurse on my way out. I wrote and emailed the office manager, but still have not received any response at this time. I wish they would train her with niceness and good customer service so that patients keep coming back.

Dr. Scott Glazer and I went to school together and from the start we knew he was going to be wonderful at whatever profession he chose. He is a great Dermatologist for Medical and Cosmetic issues. He has a relaxed beside manner and his office staff is always accommodating and professional. I have had another Dermatologist who was available to look at something that needed quick attention and she told me after to have Dr. Glazer check it out She said he was much more suited to follow up due to his skills and that she knows of his work. I have been seeing him for years now

I had an appointment at Glazer Dermatology in Arlington Heights. This is a bit of a drive for me and I would not have picked this location, but it wasn't until I made this appointment that I learned it was in AH. I left it because other openings closer to me weren't until 2025. In my spare time I consulted Dr Google so I somewhat already knew what was going on. I met with the nurse practitioner and my visit was concluded in under 5 minutes. This after taking time off from work, a 45-50 minute drive, and filling out forms prior to the appointment and downloading the patient app. Could this not have been conducted via telehealth or could I have been squeezed in for a 15 minute appointment closer to my home? The NP confirmed my and Dr Google's diagnosis and the issue should be resolved soon. I just would have preferred that this could have been less inconvenient for all involved.

All around an incredibly hostile and unpredictable environment to be around. My friend and I were approached by an aggressive older woman receptionist screaming at us that we did not have an appointment scheduled .. when we clearly both did. We both provided/showed our confirmation texts and emails that we had both received DAYS IN ADVANCE … yet after showing our confirmation emails the receptionist screamed in our faces “NO PHONES”. After her incorrect and inappropriate comment about “our incorrect appointments..” she finally was able to pull up my friend and I’s appointments that was scheduled specifically by the manager of the spa. We were then met with our “doctor” that appeared to be on some type of pain killers, opioids, etc as she acted liked her patients were nuisance for checking in to their appointment. Not one of the nurse and or doctor apologized for the hysterical situation the receptionist put their clients through…. And on top of that the “check out receptionist” tried charging me $550.00 for a $50.00 LIP FLIP. This place is the most unprofessional, disorganized, and disgraceful place of business. Enter at your own risk.

Always look forward to seeing Dr Alex Glazer and his most pleasant staff. Best place ever!

I came into the office in Highland Park and was greeted with smiles, And I was in extreme pain. The doctor was amazing, very intelligent and confident and put me at ease. I was having a hard time. Highly recommended Dr. Glazer. Great experience.

Treated my problem promptly. The physician was helpful and efficient as was his assistant Office was was friendly and clean

Dr. Glazer and his staff are all very caring, concerned and professional about my skin health. We spend a lot of time outside in the sun and the doctor does a great job on educating me on skincare protection. Thank you!

Dr Glazer is personable and friendly and treats patients with respect. The staff is also very friendly
