Beware!!!!! Post treatment this facility is unresponsive, to say the least, and closes every single mychart message that I've sent regarding IMPORTANT life and death blood test results I've been waiting for for 5 weeks. No one returns calls. We are going to have to resort to showing up in person and demanding to speak to management today. Appalling lack of concern and communication.

I have been in treatment at ICS Arlington Heights since January 2023. Dr. Siegel and his team are amazing. The infusion nurses are always a pleasure as are the PA's. It is a relaxing experience during a very difficult time. I cannot say enough about this amazing team of specialists. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable during this stressful time.

My MIL was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer at the beginning of the year. Fatema Esmail MD has been treating her. I’m amazed at Drs compassion & patience with mom. I love how she will ask mom questions to insure that mom does understand what she is explaining about her condition. She is very thorough in her explanation in a way which is understandable to a woman in her late 80’s. The staff is friendly, the office has many moving parts yet VERY efficient with minimal waiting. Lab’s results are delivered within 24/48 hrs after resulted which is greatly appreciated. Cancer sucks - this is a good group to walk with you through it!!

They helped me survive stage 3 cancer that had moved to my lymphnodes. That was over 15 years ago. They are knowledgeable, they listen, they care, they respond. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of them..

The staff is friendly and caring. I've never waited past my appointment time. Dr. Malhotra is phenomenal, always takes the time to hear my concerns and address them. Im so glad I found this Team to help me through my illness.
