She’s incredibly hands-on, checks in regularly, and is always available if I have questions. I just shoot her a DM, and she responds every time. That level of care is rare—most medspas feel like they just want your money, but not Lumiere. They genuinely care about your progress and results. I’ve never been this happy and confident. So happy I came here! Charms is soo lovely and informative about the process. I came in for a botox lip-flip and was able to get a lift in my lips exactly where i wanted without them feeling horrible and stiff the way they felt before when I received them from a previous injector. Amazing. She really knows what she's doing and i love my results. The place is clean and I received the lip flip at and unbeatable price. I highly recommend going to Charms at Lumiere!

Lumiere is sooo fine! My IV Drip Therapy really helps me with my everyday routine, now I feel recharged and full of energy all day. Charmz, the owner really caters all your needs when it comes to health and aesthetics. She also offered me more helpful treatments to improve myself. I am so thankful to her. Just got my microneedling treatment at Lumiere 2 days ago, and I'm telling you! The process was so smooth! I'm seeing the newly revitalized and glowing skin in as early as few days. I can’t recommend Lumiere Medspa in Arlington Heights, IL enough! I get my microneedling with exosomes, chemical peels, Botox, and fillers here, and I’m thrilled with the results every time. Charmz the nurse practitioner is amazing—her expertise and kindness make every visit a delight. She even offers a lip flip for just $75 , omg who does that? It feels incredible to look good and feel good. So grateful for Lumiere Medspa and can’t wait for my next appointment! Highly recommend this top-tier medspa for anyone in Arlington Heights.
