Momentum Health Center's Online Review Report Card

I went to Momentum Health Center after suffering for months with a bad shoulder. The Momentum team not only helped me get rid of my shoulder pain but everyone was always so kind to me. I worked with Dr. Matt whose knowledge base quickly determined the right rehabilitation program for me. I also worked with Meghan whose positive attitude, knowledge, and compassion helped me push through the tough days.

I like this office a lot. This is the place where everyone - the staff and the patients are happy! I came to Momentum Health Center after I saw the advertisement for the complimentary consultation with the doctor, who graduated from Parlem (the best and older school in the field). I was impressed by the time and attention to my needs by Dr. Michael. Unlike my previous experience with the other chiropractor's offices, I had plenty of time to describe my condition. The doctor reviewed my X-rays and MRI images and expressed his opinion for my treatment. I was not forced to buy the expensive packages, everything was very simple. Needless to say that the office is conveniently located in the downtown of Arlington Heights, it very clean and greatly equipped. I stopped my long search for the doctor/office I can trust my health, -Dr. Mike and Momentum Health Center is my choice! I highly recommend this office to everyone in need !

I have been to Momentum on and off for several years. I always recommend them to friends and family. Very helpful with appointments and making things work for busy schedules. Dr Mike, Dr Matt, the Office team and everyone who helps with your stretching routines really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They listen to what your goals are and try to make you get better with each and every visit.

I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical about chiropractic services, but thanks to dr. Mike and momentum I’m a believer! My back and neck have never felt better. I now look forward to going- the services and staff are top notch!

After a few short visits surprisingly I have a lot of relief in my neck after years of suffering. I have been to other Chiro’s but this office has amazing staff and services. Best adjustment ever with Dr.Mike! Wish I came sooner!!

Literally the most amazing staff! They are kind, friendly, welcoming, and treat you like family. I’m a hairstylist and came in with a pinched nerve and numbness from a slipped disc. They helped me so much! I’m no longer in pain. They have a loyal client for life!

Impressive patient care and amazing energy in the office! I first saw Dr Matt in January after pinching a nerve in my upper spine. I expected that I would just get adjusted and be out the door, but Dr. Matt took the time to do an xray, review the results with me and put a mutual plan in place. Not only have I learned more about how to best address my existing condition, I have gained so much insight into best practices for movement. Through sessions 2-3 times a week, my neck pain has gone from a 9 down to a 0. I'll continue going here to address acute pain but also for the chronic pain management my body needs. Huge shout out to Dr. Matt, Dr. Mike, Izzy, Pat, Braydon, and Kaitlin! I look forward to each visit! Worth the time and the investment!
