Great service!! The entire staff work together seamlessly. I was fitted for.my new orthotics with plaster molds. Exactly what I was looking for! I have been measured by both plaster molds and electronically. Plaster molds produce far superior orthotics. I would highly recommend Norhern Illinois Foot &Ankle!!

I have had Dr. Thomezt since Dr. Kondiles Retired and Dr. Thomezt is great foot Doctor and cares alot and takes good care of you to me he is Excellent. And I would recommend him. And the Staff is very friendly.

I'm a patient of Dr Thometz for almost 2 years. He is very professional and explained all options in order to get rid of pain. The office looks more homey than outdated; staff is friendly; I will recommend this place to others.

My wife is a patient at this practice. Started seeing them in September of 2024. It is now the end of December 2024 and the orthotics that she ordered came in completely wrong and therefore she is no better off now then she was in September and absolutely no relief. The office does not respond to phone calls or voicemails in a timely manner, and patients are left feeling like they're ignored. My wife is recovering from another medical condition and came home from her appointment at this office location feeling so frustrated, that I was actually worried for her well-being.

Today, Thanks to an extremely kind and caring receptionist, Emorfia, who got me in very quickky, even though he was just covering for my dr. My wxperie ce could not HAVE BEEN BETTER!! Dr. Ryerso. Saw me immediately. I told him of my pain and inflammation in .y little toes. He gave me two little soft "caps" to put over my little toes. These are not in a regular pharmacy! So far, so good. Hopi g this simple relief helps. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS ARLINGTON OFFICE TO ANYONE! QUICK TO GET YOU. QUICK ON THE PAIN RELIEF. Thank you, Sophie Byrnes M

northern illinois foot & ankle in crystal lake needs to learn how to follow up!!! i am still waiting for my new prostetic feet for over 1 year!!! they made 3 sets so far and so far none fits me....getting a hold of anyone it is a jolk!!! nobody call you back!!!!!! 1st set, looks like it was made for someone with size 14 feet and super wide. i am side 12. the second the prostetic was so wide it will not even slide thru my shoes....the 3rd time, they sent someone to my house, 3 months later, same person came back to test, he said he had to make some small adjustments, and here i am couple months later still waiting without anyone ever making a phone call. amazing how some business stay in business with this poor customer service.....maybe becaused they take the patient's money before they deliver the product!!! my insurance paid them over 1 year ago...and i am still waitinf and having to go thru a nightmare to speak with anyone!!!! michael mancano

Dr. Ryerson helped me on a couple occasions. I read about him before going the first time, and I liked what I read. He took care of a heal spur I had many years ago. And the latest assistance with a neglected ingrown toenail was first rate. I should have had it attended to a long time ago, but neglected it. Thank you Dr. Ryerson and staff. You are the best!

I used to be a patient of Dr. Mohs for about 20 years. After he retired and sold his practice I decided to try the new office out. First I called to make an appointment for new orthotics, I was never told it was a consultation and I needed to make a second appointment to comeback for molding. This should of been my first clue.... I make the second appointment and the office staff tell me they need to get pre-authorization from my insurance, I have Federal PPO Blue Cross- Blue Shield (no authorization required). They call me and tell me it’s going to be a $300 deposit just for molding.. clue number two! When I go for my appointment I ask why my relative only paid $100 deposit and I’m getting charged three times that? The office manager tells me it’s because I haven’t met my yearly deductible which has a remainder of $186. I ask well can’t I just pay the $186 and if I owe you more I’ll pay it? Nope can’t do that it’s $300 or nothing. I asked why it was $300 and the response was it’s their policy. I asked to see the policy in writing and was told there is no policy to show me. I’ll say Dr. BONDI was great! The office staff not so much, I feel like I’m being lied to and cheated out of $300 with no justification. For that reason I will not be returning to this office and will not be getting orthotics through you. Office personal can break your business, I’d suggest this office re-evaluate who they put in charge.
