Satish N. Patel, Md's Online Review Report Card

Had my first new patient appointment today and from the moment I walked in I felt extremely comfortable. I had a handful of things done and found each member of the staff I encountered to be friendly, professional and just a pleasure. Dr. Patel is a wonderful man with a comforting bedside manner, felt at ease the moment I met him, and feel very fortunate to be in his care. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Patel, Took my complaints and pains seriously. He didn’t just blow me off. He uncovered the root of some of my issues. I am starting to feel better. I love that everything you need is right there in his office. He really spends the time with you and ask a lot of questions! If you have pain you are NOT written off as a drug addict like the ER. I am now doing PT, getting occasional steroid shots, and taking Celebrix as needed. Great doctor! Thank you Dr. Patel!

Receptionist assumes you are an addict Do not even bother trying to call this office. You work up the courage to try to make an appointment to deal with your issues and the receptionist just assumes you are looking for drugs instead of treatment. Trying to ask for help is hard. Being judged within 30 seconds of calling is absolutely unacceptable. If this is how the receptionist acts, I would never trust this doctor.

Would hand pick Dr. Patel for my aging parents Cannot not say enough about Dr. Satish Patel. I have never met such a dedicated, solution oriented and empathetic provider to date. Dr. Patel has been my parents' doctor for the last several years, and he and his office staff have made countless extra efforts to ensure my parents were seen on time, on the right meds, the right dosage, and adjusted accordingly. He has always made himself available within a reasonable amount to address concerns and course correct promptly. He has even made efforts to keep me in the loop, to drive adherence to their meds and vitamins.I genuinely believe he's added years back to their lives and I cannot thank him enough. Unfortunately, my parents' insurance situation has changed and even in that, his team has been supportive to find the next right provider but we would never leave him if we had a choice! I do and would 100% recommend Dr. Satish Patel. He's a gem!

The turnaround time to get an appointment was less then 24 hours. The staff is welcoming, the facility is clean, and Dr. Satish really took the time to listen and understand my worry and concerns. Dr. Satish is a family man that gave me a total empathetic vibe. If you’re looking for a true professional and if his office is accepting new patients, this is the Doc you are looking for.

A year ago I had an issue, well several issues to be honest. I had no Dr at the time, so I used google and found this place. They got me in the same day!! I couldn't be happier with the care Dr Patel and his staff has provided for me. Dr Patel takes the time to carefully explain the issues I have had, and the treatment he is providing. I feel safe under his care, and feel blessed to have found him!!

BIG ZERO !!!! this office should be closed and and put out of business . I am a new client , i am trying to schedule my first visit with Dr Patel since 6/17/2022 and today is 6/20/2020 so far nobody is answering my calls . i called over 10 times and still no answer , left voice messages to call me back and still no reply . i sent them plenty of emails and still no reply . what kind of place is this ? I cant get an appointment by phone nor an email ! I will report this place to the BBB because a place of medical practice should answer and reply to the customers . stay a way from this practice and if you don't believe me just call or send them an email and see if you get a reply . ZERO STAR AND 2 THUMPS DOWN .

Excellent Doctor. He does not treat me like a number. He listens and takes his time to get to the root of any health problems i’ve had. Doctor Patel and his wonderful staff treat me like family. I am very thankful for all Doctor Patel and his staff has done for me. I Highly recommend Doctor patel. Thank you Doctor Patel for all you do for and all of your patients.
