Team Rehab is a lot of fun. The staff members are awesome and very friendly. Lexi was my therapist, she was a blast to work with. Lexi and Will made each session not seem like a boring chore. Thank you TR!
What a friendly and warm place for physical therapy. Everyone there treats you like family. A special shout out to Tricia Ghandi who is my Physical Therapist. I am now doing certain things the correct way due to her guidance.
Service exceptional everyone is so nice and cheerful 💪🏾
Friendly, patient and caring physical therapists!
This review comes with a warning. I realise this clinic has a five star rating but even five star establishments miss the mark. I contracted a staph infection from dry needling at this establishment late December 2025. The infection went misdiagnosed and nearly cost me my life, and temporarily disabled me for all of 2026. During the procedure the physio did not alcohol swap the skin, and I strongly suspect (though to their credit can't prove) that the same needle was used across multiple muscle groups. Further, the physio performed needling in the psoas major, which is not best practice. I am a competitive athlete, that frequently gets dry needling. It's a very safe procedure but only when proper safety protocols are followed. I am waiting for Team Rehabilitation to respond to my email outlining the events and confirm my request to re-educate it's practitioners on safety protocols . If they fail to do so a formal complaint will be made with the State of Illinois. I have no doubt based on the reviews that good work is done here but don't make the mistake I made, and lack vigilance. Mistakes can be made anywhere.
I have a wonderful experience at this physical therapy clinic. Adam and his entire team are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. Adam took the time to listen to my concerns, explained each exercise clearly, and created a treatment plan that fit my needs. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. I noticed significant improvement in my strength and mobility thanks to their dedication and expertise. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional physical therapy care. Thank you!
Therapy was very good
Great initial experience and therapist did a great job of explaining exercises during session. Front desk staff are amazing with scheduling and addressing any questions.
My therapists have been great, and the whole team feeds off positive energy.
I have had many experience with physical therapy in different settings. Therapists have been impersonal and do the same thing over and over. This is delightfully different. The environment here is bright and airy and clean. It's clear that the PT's are skilled and enjoy their work. There is a joyful and positive atmosphere. My PT, Lexi, and her colleagues,Maria, Adam and Jade, are so encouraging that it makes me so confident about making a full recovery. Lexi is constantly assessing my progress and changing my plan of care to ensure maximum progress. I know that by summer, my muscles surrounding my bionic knee will support me and open my world that had been so restricted in recent years. Thank you so much!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
