Maybe the doctors and staff are really nice, I didn't get to see anyone...but this place is not disabled people friendly. You have to STAND in a long line to check in, If you sit down, the people (other patients) will not let you keep your place in line, I was in so much pain after 3-4 min of standing that I broke down and cried and I HAD to sit down. Then they told me I was not even in their computer for an appointment and they do not have a doctor by the name "I was supposed to see" that day. LOL! That is really something. I called this place with the care coordinator from my insurance and the lady gave me a name of a doctor I will see, the address and time, So I went there and suffered in pain for nothing. How disorganized. Needless to say, I will not be going back. I need a practice that calls your name when it's time for your appointment. Actually I found a nice practice and have an appointment beginning of Feb. They even called me to confirm. :)

I've been taking both my sons here since they were babies. Dr Bhobi is a great pediatrician. They help with insurance and Medicaid too. Everyone is very nice and polite.

Very well run. I was in and out for getting my Covid booster shot in 30 minutes. Definitely worth checking out if you’re having issues getting a follow-up appointment.

I just returned from your Arlington Heights facility after getting the booster and it operated like a well-oiled machine. We were in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. My advice: arrive before the doors open
