Dr. Longest was very thorough. However, she should have asked me if there was a family history of myasthenia gravis not just order the test. If I had not overheard her tell her assistant to order the tests hse would not have known that there is a family history. There was a surprise fee of $50.00 for refraction that I was not informed of beforehand. I am on a fixed income and I am tightly budgeted and cannot afford surprise charges.

My experience was good but she said there was nothing more she could do for me so I would like a second opinion from a neuro ophthalmologist thank you .

Dr. Longest was excellent with my daughter who’s been going since she was 2 and now for myself. There was a bit of a wait but really not much. Definitely like any other drs office. She was thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Not sure what other reviewers are experiencing.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My sons appointment was at 12:30. We didn’t see the doctor until 2:15. We were on time for the appointment too. The nurses played a joke on me after i complained and said I was next. I then saw everyone in waiting room go before us. When we finally saw the doctor, she only saw us for 3 minutes and said everything was good and sent us on our way.

He was my OB/GYN when I lived in Rochester in the 1990s and he was the best I have found over the many years in 4 different States!
