I thought this doctor was great. She listened to me and didn't make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. Would recommend!

I went in for birth control and a yearly exam. She did not have one recommendation on a birth control pill (HOW?!), and missed three fibroids over ten inches in diameter each. This was detected three weeks later when I went to a doctor who actually exhibited common decency and core competency with his job.

Like many others on here, worst doctor experience I have ever had. I am overweight, and a lot of times shame and fear of judgment keep me from going to the doctor. Dr. Kasinak affirmed all of that. I felt incredibly judged for a desire to have kids and like she had no patience (or hope) for me as a patient. Completely demoralizing. Before appointments, I tried to do some research on what may be going on to have educated questions (without jumping to conclusions or assuming I know best), but I was completely ignored. I would ask a question, and she would look at the door and nod. For a doctor that specializes in "Woman Care," you would expect some level of sensitivity around areas like infertility. I went to this office because of Dr. Keith, and I was left seeing Dr. Kasinak on several last-minute occasions, including surgery. But since Dr. Keith left, I will not be returning.

Terrible doctor. Brought up issues I was having with pain and she provided no help. Just offered yoga and exercise as a solution. I’ve had plenty of visits with her and left feeling pissed off every time. She doesn’t care about what you have to say. She also told me the only way to know 100% if I had endometriosis was if she did an operation. Which in my case, she didn’t want to do because I’m “too young.”

I really like her. Dr. Kasinak performed surgery on me twice. In both cases it was urgent and upsetting for me and my husband. she was very caring, took her time with me and made me feel comfortable with what to expect before and after the procedures. I trust her treatment and her approach. I consider her a trusted friend after all we've been through under her care.

Dr. Kasinak has been a great doctor for me. I've also had a surgery with her and it went great. She explains things very clearly and I always know what to expect.

Worst doc I've ever seen.

Very disappointed with the approach to treating her patients. I've had issues with yeast & recently a UTI, came in for testing & was asked to do it twice before confirming with the nurse if my original sample was good to use to send to the outside lab. Root causes of the symptoms are an after thought, here's a pill or "how do you feel about antibiotics"? Really ... no history review or analysis, a patient with yeast history & antibiotics? No personal concern... that's not how doctors should be!

The other docs at this practice are fantastic, but she is awful. She doesn't listen to you, she is callous and cold, and she makes it very clear that she would like to be in and out of that exam room as quickly as possible. She doesn't seem to actually like doing any doctoring.

The worst doctor I have ever seen. She is careless, irresponsible and clearly has no regard for patients. She dismissed my concern the first time I saw her, until it continued to get worse. And then went from saying I was just getting older to I need a hysterectomy without explanation. When I asked questions she was offended. The nurse was far more thorough and considerate. Don't see Kasinak- if Womancare assigns you to her, refuse treatment.
