If I could give them 10 stars I would. Being a first parent to twin girls has been challenging especially two of them getting sick with Covid and cold to ear infections. Every nurse in here are so friendly and sympathetic when they receive so many sick day appointments. All of the doctors in here are amazing and they recently added two more doctors. They are also amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Celebrating our 19th year with the practice. The doctors, nurses and support staff are the best. HOWEVER, I just tried to schedule a well visit for my child and was told the schedule will open in OCTOBER!!!!! I only have to wait 4 months [maybe] to get her in!?! I think it is irresponsible to grow a practice that can no longer address the needs of long standing patients.

My wife and I have been bringing our daughter here since she was born last year. Everyone at this entire practice is simply amazing. The front office staff, the nurses, and every single one of the doctors are just wonderful. We recently moved out of the area and we're considering not changing pediatricians because I can't imagine we'll find anyone that can compare to Dr. Santiago and staff! UPDATE: I cannot imagine taking my kids to anyone else. We moved about 45 minutes away but have remained loyal to this office because they are SIMPLY THE BEST.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Took my child here to see Dr Jackie Schwarz for his first appointment after birth. Would not return under any circumstances; I would rather trust google and my own judgment than this office and their providers. I brought my child in on a Tuesday for a regular visit; I also brought in a diaper due to a reddish / brown hue in his urine; it appeared bloody. My husband and I expressed our concerns about this to Dr Schwarz and she brushed it off, assumingly because we’re “paranoid first parents” not even looking at the diaper, straight to the garbage it went. Long story short, we ended up in th ER early Wednesday morning; our child had Hemmorhagic Disease. With blood in his urine... Our child almost died. 7 days and $127,000 later, he’s a healthy baby boy. Had this doctor not brushed off our concerns maybe we could have skipped the ER visit; or at least the near death aspect of the visit. Providers should trust parental instinct and pay attention to the concerns they have. This practice is shameful.

We have been going to this practice for 3 years nows. Overall, happy with the doctors, nurses and staff. However, the wait times in the rooms have become very long. Most times over 20mins. Trying to keep small kids entertained for long periods of time in unengaging rooms is difficult and frustrating when you show up to your appointment on time. We recently missed an appointment for the first time and were charged a $50 late fee within 15mins of the missed appointment. It was a Sunday (which we appreciate weekend appointments). Don’t expect to get any exceptions from billing. I know fees for missed appointments is common but this is a bit extreme along with how quickly they charge it.

Had my first born on 11-12-2020 and while in the hospital we saw Dr. Santiago, Dr. Schwarz and Dr. Patel. All three Doctors were absolutely amazing. They were very nice, explained everything very well and answered all my questions. Since leaving the hospital we have been to the office twice for check ups and each time the staff has been professional, kind and always on time. My husband and I are very happy we found this office and would recommend all three doctors to anyone looking for an amazing pediatrician.

Arlington Pediatrics, Ltd have been absolutely phenomenal. We are so happy and grateful we have found this practice. We moved to Lake Zurich, and never for a moment considered changing offices. From birth to age 4, my son has had top notch care. The office has been extremely considerate and compassionate to him and to me. The practice is closely knit with lactation consultants- their office is in the same building. It was convenient to coordinate newborn visits with lactation consultations. I did so several times, and had a very positive, successful nursing experience. We exclusively breastfed for 14 months, and had enough supply for a year after that. Definitely take advantage of this unique, valuable partnership. I have not found this elsewhere. We have had the pleasure of meeting nearly all the doctors, nurses, and staff. All go above and beyond, truly. Each member of the team is professional, kind, efficient, and sensitive to our family dynamic. We have found our best fit with Dr. Kalcheim. He is kind and gentle with my son, and clear and direct with us as parents. Again, we are very grateful to have found such a fit for our family and our circumstances. I appreciate there is a "sick" reception area and a "well" reception area. They also have numerous products available to conveniently purchase on site- no one wants to take a sick child to the store after a doctor appointment. There have been several times we called the office or emergency line- for fevers, for broken skin injuries, etc. Every phone call was returned promptly by a nurse- and sometimes the nurse went the extra mile to contact the doctor as well. We received follow up calls the next day. The office is wonderful, and we are grateful for each member of the team. If you are looking for a pediatrician, look no further.
