Dr. Collins and Dr. Levy are awesome! I've been with this practice for 10 years, been with Dr. Collins for over 20. They delivered my baby and handled every other issue I've had. Great practice.

The service I received from Dr. Collins's office staff was completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I came to her office as a new patient and went to the pharmacy two days later to pick up my prescription. The pharmacy told me there was an issue with my prescription and I needed to contact the insurance company. To me - not a big issue. I called the insurance company and they told me they needed paperwork from the doctor's office before they'd cover the prescription. Again, I completely understand that that comes up sometimes. I called Dr. Collin's office, told them all the details of what the insurance company said, and was told that the office would send in the information and take care of everything. The staff member specifically told me I didn't have to do anything and that they would call me when the prescription was approved. They said it would take a week to a week and a half. A little over two weeks passed and I didn't hear anything, so I called just to check in on the progress. They had no information for me, but said they'd call me back. It took them another two days before they called me and I found out they hadn't done anything in the 2.5 weeks since I'd originally spoken with them! They hadn't even written down that they needed to contact my insurance company!

After talking with my insurance company, I spoke with their staff who said they would send in the necessary paperwork and everything would be good for me to get my prescription in 7-10 days. Two weeks later I called, was given no information but was told they'd call me back. Two days later they called and I found out they hadn't done anything or even written down that I needed help!

Dr. Collins is an experienced professional, who provides patients with exceptional care. She has always been willing to answer questions and address concerns I've had. She is able to combine her extensive traditional medical training and experience with practical knowledge of complementary holistic treatment approaches, and I believe the medical community would be better served if it had more doctors like her. She's A++ !

Personally love dr Collins! She takes her time to explain things and always listens to me very well. Highly recommend.

The worst THE ABSOLUTELY WORST Experience a patient could have with any medical office. Please don't schedule appointments with this office, you will feel like you are neither wanted or needed there!!! Cannot say anything about Dr. Collins as i didn't get to see her. It was supposed to be my first visit and obviously D. Collins stuff makes it impossible to see her and maybe they are instructed to treat new patients like garbage. DO NOT GO TO THAT OFFICE

Dr. Collins was not my regular ob/gyn, but happened to be on duty when I went into labor many years ago. She made a positive impression on me then, and I've continued to see her since. Although she no longer personally delivers babies, she is part of a group practice that does. Dr. Collins sees patients for office visits, and is an exceptional medical professional who combines her expertise and training in conventional medicine with her knowledge of natural supplements and treatment options. I trusted Dr. Collins in my child-bearing years, and am grateful to rely on her care as menopause approaches.
