Dr. Kim listens to you and uses lab work and examination to understand your problem. If more lab work is required, he will order it. He tells you what is wrong so you can understand it. He will recommend further treatment as needed or give you treatment options. He is not pushy - he just lets you know the options available to you.

Appointments with Dr. Kim are orderly and on-time. X-rays are usually taken when you arrive. Dr. Kim explains your problems based on X-rays and his knowledge and training. He is very pleasant and explains your condition clearly and answers your questions. He recommends possible next courses of actions. I am seeing Dr. Kim for general back pain and broken bones from an accident. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas Kim

Dr. Kim is experienced, thorough, professional, and precise in his diagnosis and patient care. Every time I or my husband or son, have had an orthopedic issue over the past 25 years I keep coming back to Dr. Kim’s office. I trust him to help me return to good health and he has always done that. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim to my family and my friends.

After reading all these wonderful reviews, was really surprised and disappointed with our experience for my mother in law. We had to wait 30 minutes to see Dr. Kim and when we did, he was very abrupt and seemed like he was in hurry. Almost felt like we were inconveniencing him. I'm glad that others had good experiences with him but we surely did not.

They hustled me through the waiting room and the xrays very efficiently and I was in front of Dr. Kim quickly. I wish we didn't have to wear masks because he speaks softly and I can't hear. I also would have liked to spend more time with him asking questions but he was thorough with what I asked.
