Awful is to say nothing. Those “professionals” with a 2 year degree treat you like garbage especially of are a good looking foreigner. No medications, no attentiveness, bedside manner is on negative digits. Angry at the works in general. Don’t know how to insert a needle for an iv (piggy back is rocket science to those). But very prompt to send you a bill for nothing. That’s a shame.

My baby suffered a stroke during delivery in this hospital due to lack of care and complications because they are followed what they call it protocol. Horrible horrible horrible hospital. Keep your babies safe.

The hospitals SPINE AND PAIN CENTER, is unprofessional. They over charge for billing. The X-ray and MRI Prices and deductibles are crazy expensive. The have none Healthcare Accredited Healthcare staff helping with patients. The Doctor are nice, and professional but the patient care for elderly is horrible and none supportive to patient… They don’t clean after patients nor wash their hands 🤢

My wife had brain surgery at NW Community Hospital by Dr Amin Kassam and his team. The entire experience was wonderful. Dr Kassam and his team were amazing. The entire ICU staff was wonderful including Roxy, Pearl, and Anetta. The best experience we have had at any facility in the world. We flew in from Santa Barbara for her procedure bc of Dr Amin Kassam’s reputation and experience and were also expressed with all of the facility. Thank you 🙏🏼

Do NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! If you are concerned for your child’s safety and need help with their behaviors this is NOT the place to bring them. They put so many unnecessary ppl in your business and take away your rights as a parent. You no longer have any say so when it comes to your child. Take them somewhere else where you have someone to aid in helping the situation not hurting!!

I had my daughter here in 2020 it was a good experience for being a first time mom and the nurses were all amazing! Hope when we go back for my second baby I can have the same experience since hospitals have been changing so much nowadays.

Excellent care for my little son after he fell badly on a concrete while playing outside and had a huge bump on a forehead. No wait, immediately has been taken care of. Registered, checked everything. And kept for 3 hours in the emergency room, in order to make sure that child is OK to go home.

Nurse gave me a bed that smelled sweaty and gross and also and feces on it I called patient advocate right away they addressed my concerns nurses are rude I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL DO NOT GO HERE
