Dr. Deutch is the person to use if you want a sterile disconnected experience. Working with him and his staff made me feel like I was communicating with a computer. Such a huge lack of human connection when everything is done electronically. Office just for show and waste of space. Staff may as well be at home working virtually. Office acted like they were paperless but their system just creates extra paper waste and headaches for people trying to receive services. Infertility is stressful enough. Avoid the headache and stress. Avoid Dr Deutch.

I was impressed with Dr. Deutch at our very first consultation. He was kind, very honest with us, set up a plan, and helped answer all the questions we had. He was going to do everything he could to help us get our miracle, which was a success! He made time to work with our schedule and was available to speak even after hours, if needed. We're truly grateful that we found Dr. Deutch (and his staff) during a very hard time in our life.

The whole ARC clinic is so amazing and helpful. Dr. Deutch really took the time to listen to me and my husband even though I probably drove him crazy. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Trisha was always so fast to respond to questions and very polite and patient. Kelly always made me feel better on rough days. She’s so compassionate and really kept my spirits up. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Deutch and his staff are simply amazing. From his knowledge, the nursing staff's knowledge, skills, and day to day communication and work with me, and their billing/insurance department - there is not one bad thing to say. Everyone was thorough with explanations, willing to listen and answer questions, overall always positive. My husband and I are beyond grateful for this team of amazing professionals that have the biggest hearts!! The work they do is something that will never be forgotten!

Everyone with ARC is amazing!! They are thoughtful, patient, and thorough with everything that they do! From the billing department to the nursing staff to Dr. Duetch himself - there is not one thing I have to complain about with them!! Simply amazing

Dr. Deutch is an incredible doctor, because of him, we have 3 healthy children. He is patient and empathetic as he has personal experience with the infertility process. I fully trust Dr. Deutch and always felt comfortable. I drove 2 hours to have him as my Dr. and I would do that again as he is worth it. Both Rockford and Peoria offices are clean, and the staff is great at both. The Peoria office is in a larger building and is a smaller space, while the Rockford office larger and very welcoming. The convenience of the Peoria office for us central IL patients is very nice.

We had a great experience. There are several offices that Dr. Deutch visits. So we did not see the Dr. Deutch very often. However, we never felt that we were missing anything. The staff was amazing and there was a lot of open conversations between the nurses and Dr. Deutch with our care. We were mainly in the Peoria office, but did have to travel to the Rockford office once and then once to the Highland Park office for the IVF transfer. We highly recommend.

Dr. Deutch and his team could not have been more helpful in our journey with IVF. Everyone was very knowledgeable and truly cared about us every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Deutch to anyone that is looking into IVF. Our little miracle is going to be 2 months old tomorrow!

I highly recommend Dr. Deutch and his staff. They are caring, compassionate and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. He explains everything in detail, does not make you feel like a number and he and his staff have an amazing understanding of the whole infertility process/how to deal with infertility/solutions that suit your individual case. They treat you with respect and answer any questions or concerns you have in a timely manner. I am currently pregnant. Thank you Dr. Deutch MD
