This doctor was the worst I’ve had. Came in for eczema as a new patient and was looking for information and to talk about options but doc was in and out in a couple min just prescribed me medication and left. No bedside manners and left the initial and follow up appointment more stressed because I didn’t feel heard. So happy my new dermatologist is nice

No bedside manners. I didn’t feel like he addressed my concerns and he was in and out the appointment in 3 min and as a new patient I was taken back by that because I wanted to talk a little more in depth about my issue and different treatments. Did not seem professional

I was so sad to hear when I went my favorite Assistant was no longer there Katie was absolutely amazing!! She always made the whole experience at the office incredible and was always so knowledgeable, so helpful & extremely caring! I am sure I am not the only patient to say she will be so very much missed.

Had a good experience with doctor. Wished he spent more time with me but seemed good over all. I would like to say his assistant Olivia was incredible. I hate needles and needed to have a mole removed and i did not feel one but of pain, she knew exactly how to do it. Very friendly also, she was great!!!!!

Dr. Benjamin Raab is a very fine dermatologist. We have been patients of his for many years and strongly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Raab throughout the years for various skin issues. He was the only doctor who solved my itching I had around my neck for years!! He is beyond excellent as a dermatologist!! My wife wanted to get her spider veins treated for the past 10 years and kept putting it off for various reasons. She asked Dr. Raab and he performed sclerotherapy (a 15 minute procedure, almost painless) and her legs are starting to look amazing!!! If you are looking for an excellent doctor for all your dermatological needs who doesn’t waste time, you will be in good hands with Dr. Raab!!!

Went in for the first time for a cosmetic procedure! Staff were very accommodating! Dr. Raab was beyond fantastic! I will be returning! Thank you Dr. Raab and staff!

It will be a process, but glad Dr. Raab has been helpful with my dermatitis.

I did not appreciate my first visit and will never go back. I have waited 40 minutes with only a sheet on me, and only got to spend 6 minutes with the doctor. He seemed not to care at all about my concerns and questions. He was late and I totally could feel it. Needed a skin check as I have many moles I like to have checked once a year, and he barely looked at me. I had 2 other issues that he didn't care to look at either. Did not feel good at all, and ended up without any answers. Bad experience!

This office can stand to use some training on appropriate and decent customer service. Melissa at the front desk was not appropriate in resolving any issues and refused to take responsibility for any lack of communication. A female was in the background making comments such as what does that matter? Well maybe it matters when your office and your lack of Appropriate and decent customer service gets reported. It also matters when you hang up on patients. We will not be returning to this provider.
