Very dry with me. As a physician I would expect her to have better patient interactions and make the patient feel more welcome. Did not give me any details on my diagnosis. Rude and dismissive.

Scheduled an appointment for an EMG with Dr. Cheng about a few weeks ago. Today 5/14 was the appointment. Her and her office decided to call me TODAY, the day of the appointment to let me know that they can’t do the EMG because it was for another doctor. I wouldn’t be upset if this was told to me the day of scheduling or a few days after. WEEKS after and the day of is not right and not professional. I would not recommend ANYONE to go with this doctor. This is only an indication of how she is as a doctor.

Absolutely terrible. Very condescending and dismissive. Did not want to diagnose me because I cant take a medication she recommended. Took forever to get my MRI results after being in a ton of pain. My other doctor was appalled at how she handled my situation and referred me to a good neurologist.

Not so good. Was unable to reconcile her observations with test results run by another physician. Seemed to struggle with what the next steps would be. Eventually came up with "sort of a plan" that I'm not sure is being executed or not.

She spent time listening, exploring the symptoms and explaining the treatment with me. I expressed my concerns and got clear answers.

Her office staff are rude and makes HUGE mistakes, cant even put a referral in correctly. DR Cheng is NEVER on time for her appointments, she has no bed side manner or is willing to help you. no personality or even cares about her patients...would never go back to her again. Horrible Doctor

I am 70 with a lengthy history of high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and a family history of stroke and cardiac disease. I saw Dr. Cheng for severe headache and confusion. A couple days later she posted the test results, largely inscrutable, with a terse comment that nothing significant was detected but I could take ibuprofen for the headache. I followed up with her NP who looked at the CT and immediately ordered MRIs—showing an acute ischemic stroke. Visit “Dr.” Cheng at your own risk.
